It was a bit disappointing.

Until now, this Hotel has always left me with the impression that the Rooms were very good, but this time the Room we were upgraded to at no additional charge was small, and the toilet washlet did not work. I was also surprised that there were only what seemed to be child-sized bath chairs and wash bowls in the bathroom. In addition, there was no clock with an alarm function, and the view from the window was poor. Amenities were provided in a self-service style where you pick them up from in front of the elevator on the first floor, which made me wonder if that is appropriate for an official Hotel. I had always been able to stay very comfortably before, so I was disappointed this time. It makes me think twice about staying again next time.
