I have been using this place every time I visit Disney, and while I hesitated to post this, I decided to share my honest experience as I want to continue enjoying my stays here. After taking a bath, when I wiped my head and face with the bath towel, I noticed something that looked like dried blood on it. At first, I thought it might be mine and asked my husband to check, but neither of us had any injuries. Upon touching the spot, it was clear that the stain was dried blood and had not been cleaned properly. I contacted the front desk immediately, and they brought a replacement towel to our Room. However, we ended up checking everything in the Room after that incident. The more I think about it, the more uncomfortable it makes me feel. So much so that I took another bath afterward and felt relieved that neither my husband nor daughter used that towel. The staff apologized when they brought the new towel to our Room after contacting them at the front desk; however, it left me feeling slightly disappointed. Considering how affordable this place is, part of me wondered if such incidents are common. I sincerely hope no one else has a similar experience in the future. While this may have been an isolated incident, as someone who wishes to continue staying here in comfort during future visits, I'd greatly appreciate if measures are taken so such issues never happen again.
