Cannot enter the Room

I stayed for one night to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. Although I was waiting in line to check in, I was moved to another line and ended up at the back. I received a card key at the front desk, but the floor and room number were incorrect, so I couldn't enter the room. I asked a housekeeper who happened to be there to check, but of course, the key didn't work, so I had to call from the phone in front of the elevator for assistance. I have stayed many times before, but I will not stay again. It was nice that the bathroom had a washing area and the latest air purifier.
