The Room and staff s...

The Room and staff service were excellent, and the dining experience within the Hotel was also enjoyable. However, when I went to the front desk to use the pool, it was crowded with check-in guests, and I was told to come back in an hour. This disrupted my schedule for the day and caused some inconvenience. It might be better to have a separate reception directly on the pool floor.
