It was a wonderful Hotel.

When we mentioned that this was a commemorative trip to celebrate a special occasion, our Room was upgraded and we were shown to a wonderful Room with a view over Kyoto city. Thank you very much. We were worried that our young children might be noisy, but all the staff were always smiling and kind, and the children had a great time throughout our stay. At the spa, it was very disappointing that the semi-open-air bath in the women’s area was unavailable due to an unexpected malfunction, but we appreciated that bottled water was provided in the relaxation area and could be enjoyed freely. Breakfast was delicious for both Japanese and Western options, and the kids especially loved the ice cream corner. We were also happy that cups were provided so we could take drinks back to our Room after eating. Before checkout, we used the Hotel pool; perhaps because it was a weekday there were few guests, so we could relax and enjoy it at our own pace. We would definitely like to visit again!
