Guest-Oriented Hotel

This was my first time using IKYU.com. I left my luggage at the Hotel and went sightseeing. Since it was Monday, it wasn’t too crowded, and some shops were closed, so I finished earlier than expected and returned to the Hotel before check-in time. I planned to wait in the lobby until check-in, but as my Room was already prepared, they allowed me to check in early. Moreover, as an IKYU Diamond Member benefit, they upgraded my Room to an Executive Suite. Thanks to the courteous service of all the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and lounge, I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. My gratitude goes out to everyone at the Hotel. I would love to visit again!
