I love this Hotel.

A wonderful Hotel that makes you want to repeat your stay many times. The spa is excellent. However, due to the crowd during this stay, check-in took a long time and we had to wait quite a bit. At first glance, it seemed like there were others who could assist (I apologize if they had other tasks), so it would be appreciated if check-in could be made smoother. The same goes for breakfast; multiple staff members were attending to one group, which caused us to wait. I hope this point can be improved. Despite writing various things, it was a pleasant stay as usual. I would like to stay again. Thank you for taking care of us this time and thank you very much.
