We were very satisfied with our family trip.

We stayed with two families this time. Since we had infants, we contacted the Hotel before making a Reservation to ask what facilities and services were available. The staff member who answered the phone was very kind, so we decided to Reserve—and it was the right choice. Inside the Hotel, in addition to its spacious interior, there is a variety of art throughout, creating a fun and extraordinary atmosphere! We requested an ocean-side Room, and as expected, it had an amazing sunset view! Also, we didn’t really feel that the Room was outdated; if anything, it felt quite clean. All of the staff were very kind, and I had no complaints at all. In particular, the room service staff always delivered items to our Room with a smile. We also used both the restaurant and café, and were very satisfied with their service. They also treated our children warmly—smiling at them and waving whenever they made eye contact—which mattered most because our kids had such a great time. Breakfast was delicious just as other Reviews said. The kids’ room on the 2nd floor isn’t large, but it was more than enough for small groups. Negative points: - We noticed vibrations from above/below? Maybe the walls are thin—we could clearly hear heavy footsteps thumping. - Since there is a main road in front of the Hotel, there is some late-night traffic noise, though it didn’t bother me too much. - The spare toilet paper in the Room was hard to find due to where it was stored/interior layout. - The shower room and bathtub are separate, so water gets on the floor when moving between them; it also gets cold easily. - We used the buffet restaurant on the 1st floor, but overall many dishes felt cold. Even though we went right at dinner opening time, some food was already cold—and both dinner and breakfast rice were hard/firm. - There weren’t any kid-friendly menu options; honestly this is tough for families with children—picky eaters may have nothing they can eat (so it wouldn’t be an option). - Dinner this time featured a Korean fair/menu theme that didn’t suit my taste at all. Overall it felt below chain-restaurant quality, and I’m not sure making every item part of that theme is a good idea. If there had been plenty of standard menu items regardless of the fair/theme (in addition to themed items), I think I would have been happy to use it—but that part was very disappointing for me. It may be enjoyable for younger guests. Overall we were satisfied with our stay at this Accommodation—we’re glad we stayed here! We’d like to come again.
