This Hotel is a great place to relax and unwind, as always.

It’s a bit far from the city center, but it’s a good place to relax, so I use it from time to time. However, this time I was surprised that BS TV channels were not available (no signal—I checked with the front desk and they confirmed they couldn’t be viewed). I believe they were available on my previous stay, so I’m not sure why. This is my first time experiencing this at a Hotel, and considering this brand, it was quite disappointing and makes me wonder whether I should continue staying here (I also couldn’t watch soccer or MLB because of the timing).

However, we sincerely apologize that during your stay you were unable to watch BS satellite TV channels and that we did not meet your expectations. Regarding your inquiry about BS broadcasting, we regret to inform you that our Hotel does not have a subscription for BS channels, and therefore they are not available for viewing. We apologize again for the inconvenience caused due to insufficient information provided.
