Cost-effective Urban Resort Hotel

I was a bit worried as it was my daughter's solo trip, but the polite emails received during the Reservation process gave us peace of mind from the start. On the day of her stay, her Room was upgraded to a Deluxe Twin, allowing her to enjoy a relaxing bath with bath salts purchased from a convenience store and spend time comfortably in the spacious Room. She was very pleased. The breakfast was delicious, but she mentioned that the space felt smaller than expected. Since she went early in the morning, it wasn't an issue for her; however, as time passed, it became crowded. Particularly at the open kitchen where several menu items were offered by just one chef, causing some delays. The free shuttle bus service to and from Osaka Station made transportation easy. Thanks to your thoughtful Room upgrade consideration, it turned out to be a highly satisfying and comfortable trip for her. We would love to use your services again when visiting Osaka next time.
