A Stylish Hotel

The refined service from the front desk staff and doormen—truly the face of the Hotel—was impressive. I could feel a sense of tradition throughout the entire building, including the Room. What disappointed me was breakfast. The dining hall staff didn’t seem attentive enough to guests; it felt like they were just trying to get through people. Also, many of the dishes were cold, and I was somewhat surprised that quite a few items were left unreplenished for a long time. It was disappointing to feel that my satisfaction from the first day was cut in half.
