They accommodated an unexpected extended stay due to bad weather.

Due to heavy snow, the roads were closed, and I had to stay another night. The staff kindly arranged for me to continue using the same room I stayed in the previous night. Their thoughtful and friendly service was much appreciated. Additionally, this hotel offers takeout bread and cakes that are very reasonably priced and delicious, which I enjoy every time I visit.
