This was my first time using this hotel to visit Ghibli Park! All the staff were very polite and made my stay pleasant. However, there were three disappointing points: 1. The hotel is close to a main road, so from around 9 PM to 11 PM, the noise from motorcycles and cars was quite loud... (I should have considered the location more carefully when making the reservation). 2. Around 1 AM on the second night, a phone on the bathroom wall suddenly rang loudly and woke me up... (Even when I picked up the receiver, it just made a beeping sound; after putting it back, an alarm-like sound went off again three times in total). 3. There was no basket or place in the bathroom to put clothes while taking a bath, so I had nowhere to place my change of clothes—having something like that would have been helpful. That said, my child really enjoyed borrowing picture books from the 6th floor and reading them in our room as well as having breakfast at the buffet. They said they’d love to stay here again! If we visit Nagoya again, I might consider staying here once more.
