I often choose this accommodation when visiting Nagoya and am always satisfied with its quiet and relaxing atmosphere. However, during my recent stays, there were a few concerns I would like to share. At check-in, there was no explanation about the membership status services, and unfortunately, no benefits were provided this time, which was quite disappointing... While I understand that the choice of guests cannot be controlled, it was unfortunate that some international guests staying on my floor had poor manners, making it difficult to relax in my room. The room cleaning is always thorough and allows for a comfortable stay every time. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you in advance for your continued hospitality!
