Cold Treatment for Diamond Benefits

I stay at Nagoya Kanko Hotel every month (including dining at the restaurant), but recently, I have not received any upgrades through the IKYU Diamond benefits, which is disappointing. There has been no prior notice about the benefits or alternative proposals, making it hard to feel privileged as a Diamond member. While I enjoy the hotel's atmosphere and restaurant, this "cold treatment" lowers my motivation to return. This stay made me reconsider the significance of Diamond benefits.
