This was my second stay on the Espacio Floor. Previously, there was no exclusive lounge, and the room layout felt a bit cramped. However, this time, I could check in comfortably while seated, and the IKYU Diamond benefit of a room upgrade was smoothly accommodated. The room was spacious with both a table set and a sofa set, allowing for a relaxing stay. I visited the lounge right away; it had a comfortable design but not too many seats. I wondered if there would be enough seating if all Espacio Floor guests came at once. Luckily, it seemed to be less crowded as it was the last day of a holiday weekend! As someone who enjoys alcohol, I appreciated what they offered along with snacks and sweets—it made for a satisfying lounge experience. Breakfast also had plenty of options to choose from. One disappointment in the room this time was the amenities. I'm not sure if they were intentionally limited or simply forgotten, but for two women staying together, there was only one set each of shampoo & conditioner sets, hairbrush sets, and cotton swab sets provided. On the other hand, toothbrushes, skincare sets, and body wash towels were provided in pairs—was this an effort to save resources? Most accommodations usually provide amenities based on the number of guests staying. Since they offer high-quality items here that I'd like to use individually—it felt like such a shame! Still though—I’d love to come back again someday! Please take care next time!
