I stayed at the accommodation to prepare a same-day report for a university event and commute early in the morning. I returned the borrowed stapler early in the morning, but it was not communicated, and I was asked about it during checkout. I realized that confirming my name upon return would have been better. Despite it being late at night, you assisted me, allowing me to submit my report successfully, for which I am very grateful. The staff were lively and welcoming, making this the most comfortable stay I've ever had. Thank you very much!
