It was excellent.

I made an accommodation reservation for the night before my child's exam. Although the exam was no longer necessary, I decided not to cancel and stayed as part of a Nagoya trip since I had wanted to stay here for a long time. In an era where many hotels operate without front desk staff, the attentiveness and care of your staff were exceptional, allowing me and my child to relax and enjoy our stay. I would love to bring my family here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you very much!
