First Visit After Renovation

The reception has moved to the 6th floor, adding a sense of luxury. However, unless it's a hotel located on the upper floors of a building, having to stop by the reception floor and then go down to the ground floor during checkout feels inconvenient. Perhaps this system should be limited to the executive floors? The room is clean and comfortable despite its older facilities, but the artificial flower decorations are unappealing—quite cheap-looking. The flower display on the ground floor also lacks luxury or elegance. I preferred when guest rooms had a touch of British modern classic style in the past. It's disappointing for such a historically great hotel. Hoping for positive changes in the future.
