Espacio is a truly wonderful space.

I was impressed even before check-in by Mr. O at the bell desk and his thoughtful attention. A true example of a hotel professional—outstanding service. I also love this Hotel because the service is always excellent whenever I use the restaurant. The Room is calm and quiet. The selection of alcohol at the Espacio Lounge is extensive, and the quality is high. Champagne is always available as well. Soft drinks are also very well stocked at any time of day. I especially like the carrot juice—it’s delicious. Many of the light snacks are carefully handmade, and the cakes are Hotel-made. They even had items like the matcha baumkuchen from the former Nagoya Castle era, which brought back nostalgic flavors. I’ve used club lounges at many hotels, but this one keeps getting better every time I stay. This time there was an Arimatsu shibori activity, and since I was invited to join, I decided to participate. I was amazed by the artisans’ skills. It was a great opportunity to learn more about Aichi, so if there are other programs in the future, I’d love to join again. After the Espacio Lounge closed, we went to Main Bar Puerto. The cocktails were excellent in quality. The staff were friendly, so chatting with them was fun as well. This stay fell on a busy long weekend holiday period, but everything ran very smoothly thanks to how efficiently the staff worked. I also went to see the Hina dolls in the lounge on 6F, and once again all of the staff greeted us with wonderful smiles. Since Diamond late checkout didn’t seem possible during a holiday period like this, I’m planning to visit again during a quieter season. After checking out, we went once more to Lounge Jardin on 1F. It was full of afternoon tea guests, but they secured us seats so we could enjoy some light food. For souvenirs to take home, we took out our usual bread. It was another enjoyable stay—thank you very much.
