The hospitality is excellent.

When I entered the entrance on the first floor and was looking around without knowing anything, a staff member approached me, took care of my luggage, and I was able to check in safely on the 18th floor. Both the staff on the first floor and the staff in the lounge responded with smiles, allowing me to have a pleasant stay. The lounge was comfortable, and I was happy to find amazake among the drinks, as I love amazake. Also, I had a shellfish ajillo-style dish for breakfast, and was surprised to find ginkgo nuts in it. It was very delicious. The Room was also well-cleaned, and thanks to the behind-the-scenes staff, the chef, and all the Hotel staff, I had a truly satisfying stay. Thank you very much.
