A Hotel with a great location and excellent service
I stayed here during the Obon holiday while traveling in Hokkaido. My son was suffering from airplane ear, so I asked the concierge to help find an ENT clinic that was open during Obon, and they took the time to search for one. It was difficult to find a hospital, but they were able to secure an appointment for the next day, which was a huge help. For breakfast the next morning, I chose the Japanese set meal instead of the buffet; it was beautifully presented and served in a quiet, relaxing restaurant, which felt very comforting. The Room had a calm atmosphere as well, and I was very satisfied with this Accommodation for adults. When I visit Sapporo again, I would like to stay here again.
