旅行！！

Long-established Hotel

Overall, I was somewhat satisfied. I made a Reservation because the bathroom with a washing area, the separate toilet, and the spacious Room were appealing. However, I felt that the layout and air conditioning typical of a long-established property were unavoidable. One thing I found strange during my Multiple Night Stay was that (1) there was a day when the glasses and cups were not washed, and (2) there was a day when the cushion had been placed on the edge of the wall. Breakfast was delicious for both Japanese and Western options! The evening parfait as well! Thank you very much.

We appreciate your feedback that you were somewhat satisfied overall, and we are glad you chose to make a Reservation because you found the bathroom with a washing area, the separate toilet, and the spacious Room appealing. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the layout and air conditioning. We also regret that on some days during your Multiple Night Stay, the glasses and cups were not washed, and that on one day a cushion was left at the edge of the wall.
