All of the staff wer...
All of the staff were very attentive, and we had a comfortable stay. The building is undeniably old, but it has been well covered by the renovations, so we were satisfied. Overall, the property was kept clean. The only disappointing point was during happy hour in the lounge: when the bottle of Yoichi ran out, we waited assuming it would be replaced with a new one. After a while, a staff member came to clear it away, but it was not replenished afterward. I believe it was still around 7:30 PM. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you in advance.

On the other hand, we sincerely apologize that during Happy Hour in the lounge, the “Yoichi” bottle was empty and was not replenished even after a staff member removed the empty bottle around 7:30 p.m. We will share your comments with the relevant department and use them to improve our service going forward.
