A Satisfying One-Night Stay
When I think of a Hotel in Sapporo, Hokkaido, I think of the Grand Hotel, so I always stay here when I travel. The staff are always very kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate it. This time, the staff member’s service felt more heartfelt than ever—perhaps the best so far. Thank you so much. I also heard that you will soon be leaving for an overseas training program for about a year.
