This was my first stay at the Grand Hotel, though I often visit Sapporo. The location is very convenient, and in winter, it’s easily accessible from the underground walkway. While the service wasn’t particularly attentive, it was generally kind. The food at the Executive Lounge on the 4th floor was average with limited variety. The guest room was comfortable. Thank you!
