There was an unpleasant odor in the plumbing area.

The Room itself was spacious and clean. However, it was a Room with a separate bath and toilet (divided by a glass door), and I noticed an unpleasant sewer-like smell coming from the bathroom.

However, we deeply apologize for the unpleasant experience caused by the odor in the bathroom. While we conduct regular cleaning of drainage pipes as part of our maintenance plan, our checks were insufficient on this occasion, and we are truly sorry for this oversight.
