The hospitality was exceptional.

I stayed here during a business trip to Hokkaido. The room included lounge access, and I found the staff's hospitality there to be very pleasant. The next day, I needed a band-aid and asked a cleaning staff member on the accommodation floor. They immediately ran to get one for me, which was truly thoughtful and appreciated. Both the Chinese restaurant and Japanese dining at the hotel offered attentive service, and the food was absolutely delicious. Even though it was a business trip, I felt like I indulged in a luxurious hotel stay. I will definitely choose this accommodation again for my next business trip.
