High level of customer service.

The hotel itself is old, so it doesn't feel new. I stayed in a spacious room, but being large doesn't necessarily mean it was particularly well-maintained or clean. This hotel does not have a large public bath. Since I wanted to soak in the bathtub in the room, I chose a room with a separate bath and toilet for an additional cost. The cleanliness was satisfactory. Being directly connected to the underground is also an advantage. I made a phone call during the reservation process to change dates, and the staff's response over the phone was excellent. It made me feel glad about choosing this accommodation even before my stay. Both the front desk staff and porters were very courteous, making my stay pleasant. If I have another opportunity, I would choose this accommodation again.
