I stayed with my daughter on April 2nd. On the first night of our trip to Hokkaido, my daughter experienced nausea and a fever. Since we were scheduled to travel the next day, we spent an anxious night. The next morning, we decided to change our plans and visit a hospital. When I informed the staff, they kindly helped us find a hospital and reassured us not to worry about the check-out time. Their thoughtful gestures meant so much to us. Even during our rushed check-out to make it in time for the morning consultation, they responded promptly and efficiently, which was incredibly helpful. Thanks to the warm support of all the staff members, we were able to continue our trip until the end. We will definitely stay here again in the future—thank you so much!
