Comfortable service typical of a classic Hotel

For our first trip to Sapporo, we stayed for three nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After considering various accommodations in the city, we chose Sapporo Grand Hotel because of its reputation for the reliable and classic hospitality we appreciate. Our stay exceeded expectations as every staff member provided warm and reassuring service, making it a very pleasant three-day experience. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide variety of Hokkaido-inspired Japanese and Western dishes with excellent quality that left us highly satisfied. This hotel has become a place we'd love to stay at again when visiting Sapporo in the future. Thank you also for upgrading our room and taking commemorative photos as part of this special occasion!
