It was my first time using the annex.

I stayed with my brother and his wife during a trip to Sapporo at the beginning of the year. I always use this Hotel for my Sapporo trips, but this time I chose the annex for the first time. It was a good opportunity to compare it with the East Wing and Main Building, which I have used more frequently in the past. However, during this stay, I felt that the cleaning was not thorough in some areas. It was disappointing to find dust accumulated in the cloakroom and by the bedside. Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay and once again appreciated the charm of this Hotel, including the lobby atmosphere, delicious breakfast, high level of hospitality, and the convenient location directly connected to the underground walkway. Additionally, the Galette des Rois I purchased on the way back was very delicious and I was extremely satisfied. I would like to use this Hotel again for my next trip to Sapporo. Thank you very much.
