We stayed in the ReF...
We stayed in the ReFa Suite for my daughter’s birthday. Because it was her birthday, we received a rose, and the Room came with many perks, which made my daughter very happy and made me happy too. The cake included as a perk was very delicious, and we were also grateful for the free parking voucher valid until 4:00 PM the next day, since there were many places we wanted to visit in Kobe. The view from the Room was great, and the Room was clean, so we were able to relax and had no complaints overall. However, when opening the cabinet where the refrigerator is installed, it felt hot… and I noticed that drinks did not cool well. When we come to Kobe again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.
