I usually stay as a One Harmony member, but I chose this plan because it was exceptionally affordable. As always, the staff's hospitality was polite, but the renovated room's bathroom amenities were almost nonexistent (I had to call to get a shower cap delivered, which made me think even a Business Hotel might be better in this regard). Additionally, items like hand towels and tissue boxes were no longer provided—something that is almost always standard in any hotel—which felt inconvenient. The bathrobe, which is typically available in deluxe rooms or higher categories, was also missing and had to be requested by phone. After the renovation, one would expect improvements for convenience and usability; however, the specifications of this accommodation remain puzzling. As an elegant accommodation I frequently use throughout the year, I can't help but feel perplexed every time I stay here. The tempura dinner was as excellent as ever—absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet was crowded as usual; being someone who dislikes buffets in general, I found it tiresome once again.
