Close to Sakuragicho Station and within walking distance of Minato Mirai and Chinatown, we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The aroma oil service was also soothing. The staff were very kind and helpful, making it a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much.

Although the weather was unfortunate, there was a flat route from Ofuna Station and the bus stop was covered, so we were able to check in without getting wet. Many of the staff were very pleasant, and I was able to relax with my elderly mother. Thank you for preparing non-slip bath mats and a shower chair in advance. I also found the room temperature settings and the firmness of the bed mattress to be just right for me, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was my first stay for a live concert at Pia Arena. Since it’s right across the street, I could return immediately after the show, which was great. The bathroom had a separate washing area, breakfast was delicious, and even though it was raining I could still enjoy the view (it would have been perfect on a clear day). The staff were also excellent, so this has become a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I’ll definitely come back even when there isn’t a concert. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here once last year as well. This time, I stayed again to attend the same event in Shibuya. Minatomirai Line Bashamichi Station is right in front of the Accommodation—I didn’t realize it before (lol). Last time I kept going back and forth to Sakuragicho Station. This time I used it properly. With the direct express, it’s about 45 minutes? I got back before 11 p.m., and since it’s close from the station exit, I felt safe. Thank you for assigning me a higher-floor Room. Maybe because it was a weekday, I was able to stay at a good price, which really helped. The bathroom area and the Room were both clean, and the service was great—the female front desk staff were very pleasant. I’d definitely like to stay again.

It’s a short walk from the station, but it felt like a great value and had a pleasant atmosphere. It was small and cozy, which made it very relaxing. Thank you.

I stayed here for an event at K-Arena. It’s a walk from Yokohama Station, but since it’s a bit away from the station, it was relatively quiet, which I appreciated. I arrived at the Hotel at 11:00 PM after the event, and the staff member on duty at that time was extremely kind and greeted me with a smile without showing any displeasure. The room was clean and comfortable as well. It made for an amazing trip. If I have plans near Yokohama Station again, I’d like to stay at Hotel Mets Yokohama.

This was my first stay. The Residence Twin room was very spacious, and the view was great—I could see the Skytree and the Shin-Yokohama area. The bathroom was also large and very comfortable, with a chair provided, which I really appreciated. It would have been nice to have a scale and some plastic wrap. I had a wonderful and relaxing three-night stay and was able to celebrate my birthday nicely. I was also very happy to receive a gift. Breakfast was delicious as well.\nNext time, I’d like to stay with my children too.

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful to have enjoyed a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to leave a message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. In my past stays I have been assigned Room 804 or Room 604. In both rooms, the air-conditioning cooling temperature is limited to 23°C. This may not be an issue in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops and the cooling at 23°C was not very effective, making it uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep. I understand the intention to reduce utility costs by narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting outdoor unit output; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I believe it should be reconsidered. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could set the temperature down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set as low as 20°C. Next, regarding the TV: in every room I stayed in, Channel 5 (TV Asahi) does not appear on the program guide display, which is quite inconvenient. I would appreciate it if you could change the settings as soon as possible. I apologize for raising such detailed points like a nagging critic; aside from these matters there are many excellent aspects of your property. As I would like to continue staying with you in the future, these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

Check-in was quick with almost no waiting, and both the Facility and the Room were clean, with new amenities. With a separate bath and toilet, I had a very comfortable stay. When not using the bathroom, you can leave the door open for an airy feel; when using it, you can close the door—very convenient. Also, when using the shower, hot water can sometimes splash quite far and wet the bath mat placed outside the door, but at this Hotel, even in similar situations, the bath mat did not get wet. It’s a modern Hotel designed in detail for a comfortable stay. I went to breakfast early so there was no line; there was a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese options. Everything was delicious, and the fresh vegetables looked very fresh and clean. After checkout, I decided to have lunch at the 1F restaurant on short notice and ordered only pasta instead of a course meal; both the sauce and noodles were excellent. The Hotel staff and restaurant staff were efficient yet kind throughout—I never had any unpleasant experience.

We stayed in a Premium Executive King on a high floor (39 m²). The spacious Room and high-quality, comfortable bedding made our stay in the guest Room exceptionally relaxing and pleasant. In addition, at the exclusive Executive Lounge on the 5th floor, we were able to unwind calmly during every service period—breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time—which left us feeling refreshed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The area isn’t very safe due to the location, but once inside, it was so clean that I felt at ease. The bathtub was spacious, and it was fun being able to switch between different shower heads. The selectable bath salts and the POLA hand soap also smelled wonderful. There were blinds by the sink area in front of the bathroom, which made me feel more comfortable, and opening them made the Room look larger—really nice. I expected a typical business hotel, but it was very clean! I could watch lots of apps on the TV by logging in, and mirroring worked too. Also, I personally loved the drip bag coffee and lemon mint tea—they were delicious and made me happy. For eco reasons there wasn’t bottled water in the Room (it seems you can get some by following their Instagram), but there was a water dispenser system where you go fill up yourself, and it was great to have both room-temperature water and cold water. The BALMUDA electric kettle looked stylish too—big plus points. The Superior Double bed was extremely comfortable as well. I want to go to Royal Host next time! Very satisfied!

I always stay here—it's incredibly close to the station and offers excellent value for money!

We stayed in a twin Room to celebrate a birthday. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere, and the Room was comfortable with a generously sized sofa by the window where we could relax. There were several check-in terminals, and when we started using one, a front desk staff member quickly came over to assist us. It also has great access to Minato Mirai, Motomachi, and Chinatown, so we would definitely like to stay again.

I have stayed here many times. The Facilities are excellent, the Room is clean, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. As I often visit Chinatown and the Yamashita Park area, I chose this Hotel for its convenient access. I also really appreciate being able to use the ReFa hair dryer and hair iron. I would like to stay here again in the future.

At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use. This was a very modern and comfortable Hotel, close to the station and located right in Chinatown. The service felt compact but more than sufficient. There were no excessive facilities or services (a large public bath, lobby space, views, room service, tea other than the in-room mineral water, skincare-type amenities, etc.), but everything we wanted was available: a later check-in time, accommodation for groups of four or more, luggage storage after check-out, a spacious bathtub separate from the toilet area, a cafe lounge where you can get light meals until late, guest rooms without any sense of crampedness or noise issues, and overall cleanliness. We had a very comfortable stay. The mist sauna that’s one of the highlights was wonderful—so relaxing. I’d honestly come back just for that. However, perhaps because it’s popular, it was hard to book the sauna if your time at the Hotel is tight. It was also a bit disappointing that this wasn’t mentioned at the time of Reservation. Without a Multiple Night Stay, we wouldn’t have been able to use it. Breakfast was delicious and we were happy with it (the tea was great too), but if you have a Multiple Night Stay please note that the menu is simple and feels mostly the same each day. (It was so good I didn’t mind at all.) It was also disappointing that kids could no longer choose their toy from the children’s menu (they seemed to be looking forward to it). Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We’d like to stay here again when visiting Yokohama. Thank you!

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday and visit Yokohama. Since I had mentioned it at check-in, the staff congratulated us with “Happy Birthday,” which made me very happy. Whenever I come to Yokohama these days, this is my favorite place because it’s close to the station, has a large public bath, and serves a delicious breakfast. Of course, the staff are always courteous as well—I’d definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

There is a supermarket and other shops within the Facility, which is very convenient. We stayed here because it was easy to access for sightseeing in Yokohama. If you enjoy walking around, Chinatown and Yamashita Park are within walking distance, and Noge is also close by. The night view was even better than in the photos and never got old. The soundproofing was excellent, and we could hardly hear any noise from outside.

There is a convenience store right downstairs, which is very convenient. When I asked questions about things I didn’t understand, they answered politely. The Room was also very clean, and I was able to relax. If I have something to do nearby again, I would definitely like to stay here again.
