A seaside ryokan with a stunning orange sunset over the Sea of Japan. The fresh sashimi boat platter was more than we could finish, and the grilled nodoguro on a ceramic plate was also delicious. The room, bath, and facilities were all clean and excellent. Next time, I’d like to stay again during the Echizen crab season. Thank you for seeing us off and for the souvenir!

Although I stayed multiple nights, housekeeping came in, and I was able to spend my time in a very clean room. All of the hotel staff were kind and courteous, which made for wonderful travel memories.

This was my first stay. I visit Osaka every 2–3 months, and this hotel provided an outstanding experience in every way. Check-in was smooth, and the amenities were the most extensive I’ve ever seen. Since I take baths more than three times a day, the complimentary bath salts, bath towels, and hand towels were especially appreciated. The 24-hour free drink bar and complimentary alcohol meant there was no need to stop by a convenience store. The free popcorn, chocolate snacks, and candies were also a delightful touch. The room had a smart TV, delicious bottled water in the fridge, and even a microwave in each room. The bathroom and toilet are separate, making it very comfortable. There’s also a jet bath and a TV in the bathroom. There were plenty of amenities inside the room as well—ones I didn’t use myself but would be great for women. With complimentary breakfast service, late-night noodles in the evening, and afternoon tea in the afternoon, there were so many wonderful services included. With prices rising everywhere these days, I almost felt sorry paying this rate for such great value. Every staff member showed exceptional hospitality—I was completely satisfied. The location is excellent as well: Namba Station on the subway line(s), JR Namba Station, and Nankai Namba Station are all within about five minutes’ walk. This is a fantastic hotel that I can confidently recommend to others. It’s definitely a hotel I want to stay at again whenever I’m in Osaka. Thank you very much.

We stayed in the South Wing. We loved having a separate bedroom and a massage chair, and the entrance and wash area were spacious as well. In-room dining, a semi-open-air bath in the Room, the large public bath, and the lounge—everything we wish for on an Onsen trip was there. The meals were delicious, made with carefully selected local ingredients and thoughtfully prepared dish by dish. We were impressed by the considerate touches such as chairs near the elevator, as well as the original coffee and tea provided in the Room. Above all, it was wonderful to see how efficiently and pleasantly all of the staff worked. We would love to visit again in a different season.

The Room is incredibly clean—just like in the photos! You can enjoy a BBQ while looking at the night sky (BBQ grill available as a paid add-on option), and having a sauna on-site was truly great. Self löyly is also possible, and you can fill the outdoor jacuzzi with water to use it as a cold plunge, so you can fully relax and recharge. The sauna temperature could reach around 90°C. There are two bedrooms, each with two double beds, so even with seven people it still felt very spacious. (However, please note that the sauna and jacuzzi are only large enough for up to three people at the same time.) Fireworks were not allowed on the property, but there was a bucket needed for fireworks by the entrance, which we really appreciated.

I stayed here again. I always choose a twin room, and the spacious beds and room are very comfortable. The TV noise from the next room was a bit loud, so I ended up slightly sleep-deprived (laughs). Compared with my stay during Obon, the restaurant layout had been rearranged a little, and it felt more spacious. I was looking forward to the French toast at breakfast, so I had two slices. There was also a great variety of meat dishes like ginger pork and something like teriyaki chicken, and even the zangi was tender—overall I was completely satisfied and full. I don’t usually eat this much in the morning (laughs). My favorites are the welcome drink, snacks, Sekkisei face wash/toner items, the amenities you can choose yourself to take with you, breakfast, and the well-cleaned guest rooms—basically everything. Since I’m from a rural area, I’m not too fond of early-morning train noise. It can’t really be helped given the location. I’ll definitely stay again.

This was our second stay, as my wife—who loves Kyoto—requested, “If we’re staying in Kyoto again, it has to be Granvia.” We stayed in a Granvia Twin room. Through the large glass window directly in front of us, we enjoyed a wonderful panoramic view of Kyoto Tower, Higashi Honganji Temple, and the cityscape. The room was just the right size for two people to relax comfortably, and the amenities and facilities provided both a special travel experience and the comfort of home. Everyone who assisted us with check-in and check-out at the lobby, luggage storage and retrieval, as well as staff we passed on our floor, offered pleasant service that reflected true professionalism, making our stay extremely comfortable. Most guests—including those who seemed to be visiting from overseas—were calm and considerate, so even brief interactions in places like the elevator or lobby became enjoyable moments and great experiences. We had a truly wonderful time. My wife was very satisfied and is already saying she wants to stay here again next time. It’s an excellent hotel that exceeded its price.

It was a truly wonderful hotel. I visited Kanazawa with my elderly mother, and booking a hotel in such a great location surrounded by sightseeing spots was absolutely the right choice. Getting around by taxi was smooth and easy.\nBefore check-in we arrived early, but we were promptly shown to our room as they told us it was already ready, which made my mother very happy.\nThe carpets and wall art throughout the hotel were exactly our style and really lifted our spirits.\nWe were also captivated by the Kutani ware mugs and teacups provided in the room. It made us feel, “We’re really traveling in Kanazawa!” and we were so pleased.\nThe coffee tasted especially delicious in those cups, but it was a little disappointing that the same ones weren’t available in the gift shop.\nInstead, we bought Kutani ware as souvenirs at a Kutani shop on our way home.\nFor dinner, since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I had requested seats as close to the buffet tables as possible, but they kindly prepared a private room nearby for us.\nThanks to that, we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace.\nThank you very much.\nI truly appreciate the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail.\nWe were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of everything—from Kanazawa specialties like jibuni stew and Kanazawa oden to nodoguro sushi and dessert.\nHere as well, many beautiful pieces of pottery such as Kutani ware were used for small plates, allowing us to enjoy the food visually too.\nI rated the facilities 4 stars only because my elderly mother felt that overall the interior of the hotel seemed rather dark—this is just our personal impression.\nAfter checkout we took the shuttle bus to the station; it was a large sightseeing coach and very comfortable.\nThank you for taking such good care of us.\nWe would love to stay again.

Everything was wonderful—the hot springs, the food, and the hospitality. I’ve had kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) several times in Izu, but the simmered kinmedai at this ryokan was the best. I was surprised to see my daughter, who usually isn’t a fan of simmered fish, asking for seconds. The mini rice bowl—topping white rice with the sauce and fish—was absolutely worth making room for! Unfortunately, we didn’t have good weather and couldn’t do much sightseeing, but being able to stay at Hamanoyu made it a trip our whole family was truly happy with. We’d love to come again. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The ocean was right in front of us—what a wonderful view!! The staff were all smiles and the service was excellent!! We were very satisfied with the delicious meals while enjoying the scenery. It was also great to relax on the terrace. Above all, we had been looking forward to watching the sunrise from the open-air bath in our room, and we were truly moved to see the sun rise directly over the horizon of the sea right in front of us. We had a wonderfully relaxing time. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

All staff are kind and welcoming, and the “welcome home” atmosphere feels wonderfully comforting. Dinner and breakfast are both delicious. You can fully enjoy the luxury of having the view from the open-air bath in your Room all to yourself. I would love to visit again.

A spacious, well-maintained garden. Abundant, delicious water. The interior uses a lot of wood and has a clean design, yet it somehow felt nostalgic. Hot dishes were served hot and at just the right time. The attendant who served us had a wonderful smile and was easy to talk to, making our time very enjoyable. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay in 50 years since visiting with my family as a child. The main building, full of fond memories, was wonderful, and the views and facilities in the new wing where we stayed were excellent. We also enjoyed the delicious dishes made with local ingredients, making it a truly memorable summer getaway. It’s very far from home, but I hope to return someday.

From the entrance to the front desk, dining area, and souvenir shop, everyone was very kind, and we had a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, with a wide variety including steak from the live kitchen, pizza, and sushi. The seating was also spaced far enough apart that we didn’t feel bothered by neighboring guests, which was great. The baths were clean, the open-air bath was very relaxing, and it was nice to be able to choose from different shampoos. We could also choose our favorite yukata color, and there were amenities such as face masks—great services for women. We also enjoyed the manga corner and the Calpis drink tap.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning ocean views and the soothing atmosphere on rainy days, and we were very satisfied with the warm service from the staff and their excellent hospitality. The chinsuko made at the restaurant was delicious, and we were also happy to be able to buy some as a souvenir to take home. Next time, we’d like to stay in and enjoy a relaxing “staycation” at the Hotel!

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. After letting the hotel know in advance, everyone was so kind, and they even prepared a celebratory card in our room. I was truly happy, and it became a wonderful birthday memory. The room was very clean, and above all, the runway view was amazing. My husband, who loves airplanes, of course enjoyed it, but I also loved spending relaxing time in the room watching planes. Being able to calmly watch aircraft take off and land from so close felt like a real luxury. The bathroom facilities were also easy to use, and having the sink area, toilet, and bath all separated was very comfortable. As I am pregnant, it made the stay especially easy for me as well, and I could rest properly at the hotel. The amenities were well stocked, and I was glad they provided bath salts. The separate pajama set was also convenient, and we could really feel the thoughtful touches that made everything comfortable. The entire hotel was quiet, so we slept well at night. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious—especially fun was being able to make our own zenzai using Eitaro sweet red bean paste. It added a little special feeling to the morning. I think this is a great hotel not only for an overnight stay before or after using Haneda Airport or for aviation fans, but also for anyone who isn’t particularly knowledgeable about planes yet would enjoy relaxing while looking out over the runway. I’m truly glad we chose this hotel for such an important day—my husband’s birthday. Thanks to their warm hospitality, it became a wonderful stay. We would definitely love to visit again.

I have been staying here as my regular hotel for nearly five years, and I always have a comfortable stay. This time I booked a room-only plan, but the breakfast is also very delicious, and I am satisfied with the view from the room and the staff’s service. I look forward to staying with you again.

Conveniently located in front of the station with a convenience store on the first floor, a comfortable Room, plenty of amenities, and courteous service—I was very satisfied. The much-talked-about breakfast exceeded my expectations. In addition to Morioka’s three famous noodle dishes, I could also enjoy pho. Everything was delicious. The staff seemed highly capable and managed the dining area smoothly. They also kindly stored my luggage after checkout, which was very helpful.
