Located just across the road from Shirahama Beach at Lake Tazawa, we enjoyed great views from the Room and lobby and were able to relax and take in the scenery. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The tableware was also beautifully presented, making it a pleasure for the eyes as well. The Onsen was not too hot, so we could soak at a leisurely pace and feel refreshed.

I love traveling and stay at various Hotels across different prefectures, and this was the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! After check-in, snacks and drinks were all-you-can-eat and drink, manga was unlimited, and although I didn’t use it myself, there were plenty of spaces for kids to play—so you never get bored during your stay! The breakfast buffet had everything from Nagano specialties to Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes—there wasn’t enough time or stomach space to try it all (lol). From check-in to check-out, it was truly an amazing experience!! When I visit Nagano again, I will definitely make another Reservation!!!

We stay here every year when visiting family graves. It is directly connected to the station, and the Shinkansen exit is close, which is very convenient. Since it has a train view, it’s perfect for children and train lovers. Even if you forget to buy something, there are plenty of shops so you won’t have any trouble. The Room is compact but clean.

Our stay happened to coincide with a typhoon, but it was so comfortable that we actually felt lucky. We were a bit worried about whether the Executive Lounge menu (especially at night) would have options our child could eat, but we had no trouble at all, and it became a wonderful opportunity to create lasting memories. This is a Hotel that guests of any age can enjoy. Next time we visit, we plan to enjoy a walk around the area. Thank you as always!

I think this is a very good Hotel with excellent value for money. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that it can feel crowded and a bit hard to get around because there are so many guests—proof of how popular this Accommodation is. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I always stay for one night to refresh after traversing the Tateyama mountain range. As always, everything is flawless. It’s one of my favorite Hotels. I’ll stay again during the autumn foliage season. Thank you as always for your courteous service.

I stayed here for business, and the location was extremely convenient—close to the station with many restaurants nearby. The room was neat and clean, making my stay very comfortable. The front desk staff were very kind and left a great impression. If I visit Matsumoto again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much.

I stayed at your Accommodation in Kinosaki before, and this time I stayed in Shirahama. The Room was spacious, and the children were very happy. At dinner, a staff member kindly offered to take a family photo for us, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I would love to visit again if I have the opportunity.

I stay here regularly. I love the quality of the hot spring water, and I can adjust the temperature in the Room’s open-air bath to a lukewarm soak and relax at my own pace, which is very satisfying. The meals are consistently excellent every time I visit. Since it’s not a large Hotel, it never feels crowded, so I can unwind comfortably. It’s clean, and the service is impeccable. Many locals come for day-use bathing from early morning as well—proof of how good the hot spring water is.

We stayed here for a mother-and-daughters trip (three of us) to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. We were also impressed that three beds were set up side by side. All the in-Room meals were delicious, and we enjoyed the dishes inspired by Mt. Fuji throughout—beautiful to look at as well. We could even see Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath in our Room, and we had a truly luxurious time. They also gave my mother a gift for her 90th birthday, which deeply moved us. My mother was thrilled, and it became a wonderful, unforgettable celebration.

I was able to relax and unwind. The building seems to have been built during Japan’s bubble era and is a bit dated, but the high ceilings and spacious washroom made it very comfortable to use, and the paintings and interior decor throughout the Accommodation were lovely. The meals were also delicious. I had walked around the area before but never noticed it. I’m glad I found such a great Accommodation.

The Room and bathroom were clean and very nice. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was delicious. I would like to stay here again.

Right in front of Hakodate Station, with ample parking available, and the streetcar stop just across the way. An ideal location as a base for sightseeing in Hakodate. Breakfast isn’t flashy, but each dish feels carefully prepared. The taste was satisfying, and the live kitchen staff served each guest attentively, leaving both my stomach and mood satisfied from the morning. The Room and shared spaces also left a good impression, but the only disappointment was stains and an odor in the bathroom (perhaps due to its age?). It wasn’t unhygienic, but because the other Facility areas were so well maintained, it stood out a bit. I hope to see improvements going forward, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

We stayed again this year, following our visit last year. While many nearby Ryokan have closed, this property has been renovated and reborn with excellent Facility—I felt it is the best in Yuhama. In particular, the Onsen was pure free-flowing hot spring water from the source, with no added water or heating, and it was wonderfully comfortable—I kept sweating for a while even after bathing. Since our Room had a splendid private free-flowing Onsen bath, we enjoyed it many times. Unfortunately, there was light rain and the sea was rough with whitecaps, so swimming was prohibited. However, we are not really at an age to play in the ocean anymore, so we enjoyed walking around the Hotel area instead. There were about ten cats nearby; they were friendly and fun to be around. They had ear marks indicating they had been spayed/neutered, so it seemed the town manages them well. It left us with a good impression of a town that cares for animals. Meals were different from last year: they served them efficiently with fewer staff in a spacious Room renovated from an annex building. The quality felt slightly below last year’s level, though that may simply be personal preference. It also made us feel how challenging operations can be after COVID. We were happy to have a chance to speak in the morning with refined people who seemed to be the proprietress and her son. We would like to visit KAMEYA again next year as well—a place proud of its 200-year history. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Close to the airport, and we were able to relax in the Onsen. The women in our group really enjoyed the hot stone spa and were very satisfied.

Conveniently located in front of Takeo-Onsen Station, a Shinkansen transfer station, and easily accessible with hardly getting wet even in the rain. It was an affordable Hotel with excellent service—nothing to complain about. The breakfast had more variety than expected, was delicious, and very satisfying.

This was our second stay in 11 years. The open atrium was truly impressive. Located right behind the Dogo Onsen Main Building, the location is excellent. The front desk offers a 24-hour coffee corner, which is very relaxing. From 3 PM to around 7 PM, there is a free drink corner with highballs and juice on the third floor. As it was for a special occasion and being an IKYU Diamond Member, we were grateful for the room upgrade. The Iyo beef served at dinner was unforgettable—just one more slice would have been perfect (there were two slices). The open-air bath on the top floor offered stunning views of the blue sky, moon, and Matsuyama City below; the hot water was wonderfully warming. Thanks to the efforts of both the manager and hostess, all staff members were kind and attentive. It has transformed into a warm-hearted Ryokan, which made us very happy. We will definitely choose Hanayuzuki again when visiting Dogo Onsen in the future. It was an amazing trip—thank you!

The staff at the front desk were very courteous, which left a very good impression of Yonago. I stayed for two nights, and perhaps due to the quality of the ingredients, every breakfast was delicious and never got boring. It was close to the station, making it a very satisfying place to stay. I used it for a business trip, but it was a hotel I would like to visit again with my family.

I’ve traveled to Tochigi many times, but this was my first visit to Yunishigawa Onsen. When choosing an Accommodation, the open-air Onsen and the meals were especially appealing. After arriving, I took a moment to relax with a cold welcome drink and a refreshingly cool towel—perfect for the heat. Once shown to my Room, I was soothed by the view from the window: mountains and a river. Dinner was served in a private room with an irori hearth, where many dishes were laid out. Over the hearth, various ingredients such as venison, beef, chicken, and yamame trout were grilled. We also enjoyed “isshobera”: minced chicken and crushed walnuts mixed into flavorful miso, spread onto a bamboo spatula and grilled, then placed on rice. Everything was truly delicious and beautiful to look at as well. For breakfast, we had piping-hot tofu made right in front of us along with many small side dishes—so filling even in the morning. Next time I’d love to visit during the autumn foliage season to enjoy a different view, so I hope to stay again when I return.
