It was close to the station and Nankinmachi, and because it faces a wide street, I felt safe even at night. The Room was compact and clean. The guest-only lounge was so well equipped that I wondered if it was really free. We stayed as a group this time, so having a space where we could gather and chat was very helpful. If I had to mention one thing, I would like a shower cap to be provided in the Room. I only noticed after getting ready for a bath, and I hesitated to go all the way to the front desk to pick one up. Advice for future guests: If your vehicle is tall, please be aware that there is no nearby parking available for high-clearance vehicles.

Stayed for 2 nights. Despite a significant delay in check-in due to transportation issues, the staff provided courteous assistance. It rained during the stay, but umbrellas were available for borrowing. The breakfast and lounge area was excellent. The design was appealing, there were books available, and the daily-changing breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, making it highly satisfactory.

A Plan with check-out until 1 PM at the same price was very helpful! I will consider using this again.

It is conveniently located near the station. It was rainy that day, so I was lucky it was close to the station. The Facility and amenities were compact and clean. Best of all, breakfast is free. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here for my birthday. When I entered the Room, there was a message card and other thoughtful touches, and they arranged a Room with a great view as I had requested in advance, which I was very satisfied with. I originally planned to stay for two nights, but I liked it so much that I extended my stay by one more night. When I visit Osaka again, I would love to stay at Zentis again. Thank you very much.

I have stayed here many times. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and washing area, so you can relax and enjoy a long soak. Many of the front desk staff are from Okinawa and are very kind. The breakfast is delicious, and this Hotel offers great value for the price. I highly recommend it.

I stayed here as it had just opened in January 2026. The Room was beautifully renovated, and the large smart TV lets you watch YouTube and Netflix (account required). The digital clock also functions as a Bluetooth speaker, so you can enjoy music as well. The Onsen was excellent, with both an indoor bath and an open-air bath. Amenities were well stocked. The meals offered a great variety of seafood, including all-you-can-eat salmon roe. There were even salt-grilled trout and sweetfish. Staff regularly checked the buffet and quickly refilled items when they ran out. Breakfast also included all-you-can-eat salmon roe—you can even choose to make a seafood rice bowl in the morning. It was a wonderful Accommodation with great value for money.

This year, my wife and I stayed here on our way to Mt. Nokogiri. The sea is right in front of the Hotel, and the view was amazing. The Room was very clean, as if it had been renovated. The meals were fresh and very delicious. The staff were kind as well. When we visit the area again, we would love to stay here again.

I had an errand in Kichijoji and was able to stay here again. The front desk staff are friendly, and it’s comfortable—one of my favorites!

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. In addition to the Onsen, we were soothed by two different types of baths. During the day, we enjoyed soba in Tsumagoi Highlands and made the most of our trip from Shiga Highlands to Yamba Dam. The proprietress kindly shared tips on how to enjoy Yubatake and suggested nearby scenic drives, which helped us have a truly fulfilling holiday. We also thoroughly enjoyed the TsuruTaro Art Museum on site. Everything was perfect, and we were completely satisfied.

This Ryokan is a beautifully renovated long-established inn. The guest rooms are on the second floor, and access to all public areas on the first floor is by stairs only, so it is not recommended for guests who have difficulty with stairs; otherwise, everything was excellent. Dinner was so plentiful we couldn’t finish it, and it was delicious. We also really enjoyed that the tableware was made from local pottery. The yudofu (tofu hot pot) at breakfast was also very tasty, and we ended up eating too much. Check-out was at 10:00, and we wished it had been 11:00 so we could have had a more relaxed morning.

A spacious Room with a kitchen and a washer-dryer—perfect for long stays. Breakfast is available once at a stylish café. With international guests around, you can enjoy an exotic atmosphere. The hot sandwich was delicious, but it was disappointing that there was no salad.

The bath was, of course, outstanding, and since the Hotel is on a hill, the view was great and I could truly relax. The all-inclusive plan was also nice because it felt relatively unhurried (at another Hotel, I once saw people rushing to grab seats the moment it started, which put me off). The food went beyond the ordinary with thoughtful touches, so I enjoyed it with excitement. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was very soothing. I’d love to stay again.

After staying in Toi the previous night, we took it easy, but this day brought such heavy rain that a weather warning was issued. There was nowhere to stop along the way with our dog, so we arrived early. While we were waiting in the car, they kindly let us use the dog run on the first floor a little ahead of time, which truly helped us. All of the staff were very pleasant. This time we had our meal in the Room, and the Asian staff member who brought it to us spoke excellent Japanese and served us with a constant smile. There is also an open-air bath outside; the water was soft and the temperature was just right, so we went in several times. Unfortunately, because of the weather, the view was misty and hard to see—if it had been clear, I’m sure it would have been wonderful. That was our only disappointment, so we’d like to visit again when the weather is better.

I like the spacious Room in the main building. The bath and toilet are separate as well. However, despite the quiet surroundings, the air conditioner noise is strangely loud, and sensitive guests may not be able to sleep. Shoes are not allowed indoors, so especially in summer it feels uncomfortable unless you bring your own slippers. Socks also get dirty. It was disappointing that the Pac-Man arcade machine on the 3rd floor was not working. I had breakfast for the first time in a while and it was good. There is quite a luxurious variety of dishes. I would like to know the dining hours on the 2nd floor.

We stayed with our children. Since it was relatively affordable, we didn’t have high expectations, but we were glad we could spend our time comfortably. Choosing a property with a pool was the right call in case of rainy weather! They also lent out round swim rings and arm floaties, and there was a lifeguard at the pool. The staff—parking attendants, front desk, breakfast venue staff, and pool lifeguards—were all courteous, which made our stay very pleasant. I’m giving slightly fewer stars because there is no large public bath.

I always choose this Hotel to enjoy a relaxing bath. However, this time, I experienced something unusual. It seemed that someone had washed their body in the bath, and when I tried to take a second bath late at night, there was a large amount of scum floating on the surface. I tried to scoop some out myself, but there was too much to handle. Feeling cold, I reluctantly used the cleaner side where water was flowing for a short time. When I reported this issue to the front desk, they responded promptly. The next morning when I went back to the bath, it had been cleaned thoroughly. It seems they checked and cleaned it several times during the night because by morning it was spotless and I could enjoy soaking comfortably again. Additionally, perhaps due to my distress over the situation, I completely forgot my glasses in the bath and couldn’t see well enough without them. When I mentioned this at reception, they kindly helped me search for them until we found them together—I truly appreciated their help as I'd almost given up hope of finding them. Thank you so much! This experience reminded me how important proper bathing manners are among guests. I look forward to staying here again!

We stayed again this year, following our visit last year. While many nearby Ryokan have closed, this property has been renovated and reborn with excellent Facility—I felt it is the best in Yuhama. In particular, the Onsen was pure free-flowing hot spring water from the source, with no added water or heating, and it was wonderfully comfortable—I kept sweating for a while even after bathing. Since our Room had a splendid private free-flowing Onsen bath, we enjoyed it many times. Unfortunately, there was light rain and the sea was rough with whitecaps, so swimming was prohibited. However, we are not really at an age to play in the ocean anymore, so we enjoyed walking around the Hotel area instead. There were about ten cats nearby; they were friendly and fun to be around. They had ear marks indicating they had been spayed/neutered, so it seemed the town manages them well. It left us with a good impression of a town that cares for animals. Meals were different from last year: they served them efficiently with fewer staff in a spacious Room renovated from an annex building. The quality felt slightly below last year’s level, though that may simply be personal preference. It also made us feel how challenging operations can be after COVID. We were happy to have a chance to speak in the morning with refined people who seemed to be the proprietress and her son. We would like to visit KAMEYA again next year as well—a place proud of its 200-year history. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It had been a while since I found a Ryokan that made me think, “I want to come back.” The view of Mikawa Bay right in front of us was truly stunning, and the sunset while soaking in the Onsen was unforgettable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming with warm smiles, which made our stay feel comfortable and worry-free. The meals, centered around seafood, were all delicious and very satisfying in portion size. The fresh sashimi especially left a lasting impression. This Accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to slow down and relax away from the noise of the city. Next time, I’d love to return with my family. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This was my first time staying here. The access from the airport is excellent (by taxi or bus), and it was especially helpful since I stayed during a typhoon. The Room was very clean and well maintained, and among the Hotels I have used recently for business trips, this was the best. I would like to stay here again on my next business trip to Miyazaki.
