Whenever I shared requests or questions with the front desk (such as how to get additional coffee or amenity requests), they responded promptly. I asked the front desk several times during this stay, and each time they kindly assisted me with a smile, for which I am very grateful. The location is close to the station, and the Room was very clean and hygienic—I would like to stay again next time.

I considered an Accommodation on the Nagara River because I wanted to show my daughter cormorant fishing. An Onsen Accommodation would have been nice, but we wanted a buffet-style meal, so we chose this Hotel. It was an extremely hot day, and the moment we stepped into the Hotel, the cool air revived us. As a Diamond member benefit, I was happy to receive a one-drink service in the first-floor lounge. The Room we were assigned was on a high floor with a great view, and it was spotless—truly impressive. The dinner buffet isn’t in a huge restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was excellent, and we enjoyed everything. Drink prices were reasonable for a Hotel, and since it was before cormorant fishing, my daughter and I each enjoyed one drink. We used taxis for round-trip transportation to the cormorant fishing site, which made it very comfortable. Even though it was hot that day, there was a pleasant river breeze, and it helped us forget the daytime heat for a while. Because the river level was low, it seems they didn’t actually catch many ayu, but being able to see energetic cormorants up close made it a great experience. At breakfast, there were many inbound guests early on, but they cleared out quickly, so we were able to eat in peace. The well-known ayu rice porridge was delicious—I went back for seconds several times. The selection of dishes also reflected local flavors well, with various Gifu specialties, which I appreciated. For morning fruit there were oranges, pineapple, and lychees; I’d be happier if there were a few more options. I liked the selection at the shop as well. If I had one request, I would truly appreciate Shuttle Service from the station to the Hotel. As expected of an established Hotel with history behind it, my daughter and I enjoyed an elegant stay. We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday. I wanted to surprise her, so I emailed in advance, and they suggested a wonderful Plan—thanks to that, we had an absolutely satisfying trip! We booked the girls’ get-together Plan, so we really appreciated the Shuttle Service. Even better, the driver showed us around Iwata City on the way, which made for such a fun start. The service was outstanding and truly made us happy. When we arrived at our Room, Surprise #1 was waiting—a message on the TV. My daughter was thrilled! Dinner was French cuisine that let the vegetables shine; everything was delicious and deeply impressive. Then came Surprise #2: a dessert plate! It caught my daughter completely off guard and delighted her even more. When we returned to our Room, there was a knock at the door—and a birthday cake (an additional charge, but it felt like great value compared with other places). My daughter expected there might be cake, but she was amazed by how many surprises there were!! Above all, the lush greenery made strolling through the garden a joy. The evening atmosphere with softly lit flames was beautiful—just being there felt calming. Both large public baths were excellent; perhaps thanks to the moor hot spring water, my skin felt wonderfully smooth. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was also fantastic—the plate really highlighted fresh vegetables. I was especially moved by the gentle soup and its natural vegetable sweetness. Most of all, the perfectly balanced hospitality and the Hotel’s atmosphere were exceptional! I first learned about GREENITY IWATA after hearing that my favorite artist stayed here last year—and it truly is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to visit again for anniversaries or whenever I want to slow down and reset. Even though we stayed from check-in all the way through check-out, it still didn’t feel like enough time—that’s how amazing our stay was. We would love to come back!

It was our first time staying near Toyama Station, and we stayed as a family. There were three women, but the Room was spacious enough, and it was great to have a facial steamer and massage equipment in the Room, as well as amenities like a choice of shampoo we liked. The location was excellent too. We booked a Plan that included parking, and even though we went in and out several times, they provided us with tickets accordingly, which was very helpful. When we visit Toyama again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

As it was an Executive Room, everything was taken care of for us. We checked in while enjoying a welcome of chilled roasted green tea and sweets on the 6th floor. We were also kindly escorted to our Room while chatting along the way. After that, having a drink while relaxing at the Hanabi Lounge on the 28th floor was truly exceptional. A cake was delivered at the time we requested, and we enjoyed it slowly together with the night view. The Room furnishings were flawless, and the fluffy bed felt like nothing else could compare. Before we knew it, there was a message from a staff member slipped under our door, which we greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying again using this Plan. Thank you very much to all the staff members.

We stayed as a family. We were very satisfied with the Accommodation, the Onsen, and the meals. The building had a charming atmosphere (the stairs were a bit challenging), and we enjoyed a clean Onsen of excellent quality and delicious, high-quality cuisine. We were especially surprised by how good the meat, tofu, and rice were. Above all, we truly appreciated the heartfelt hospitality from all the staff. We were happy to receive so much helpful advice about getting around inside the property. We are also very grateful for your thoughtful consideration in providing an irregular Shuttle Service to the station. Although it is far away, this is a wonderful Accommodation we would love to visit again. Thank you for such a lovely time!

Thank you for having me for one night. Not because I’m a senior, but when choosing a Hotel, having a large bath is an important requirement for me. Just like in Sapporo, I was able to enjoy a very pleasant bath. This trip wasn’t specifically to visit Sendai, but next time I’d like to plan an itinerary that includes staying at this Hotel again. Also, three hours after checkout I realized I had forgotten my glasses, and when I returned your staff handled it properly and I was able to retrieve them. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay, and everything was wonderful—from the check-in with oyaki and complimentary drinks, to the atmosphere of the Room, and the open-air bath attached to the Room. The cuisine also featured ingredients and cooking methods I don’t usually experience, but it was truly delicious and I was very satisfied. What left the strongest impression was how every staff member had a lovely smile and never forgot attentive, thoughtful service even when busy. It’s a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday trip. They delivered an externally ordered cake from their partner Kazeka to our Room exactly as requested, and everything—the Room, the open-air bath, the meals, and the hospitality of the staff—was truly wonderful. It was a very satisfying stay, and we would love to visit again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

I stayed on the 14th during the Obon holiday, and the female front desk staff were very kind. The Room was a little small, but it was a good size for me. Above all, it was very helpful that the station, department stores, and convenience stores were nearby. I stay in Omiya once a year, and I would like to stay here again.

It’s not directly in front of the station, but it’s less than a 5-minute walk, and choosing this Hotel turned out to be absolutely the right decision. The Room is compact, but new and very clean. The stylish interior details and design, the separate bath and toilet, an unpacking rack, and a small sofa made it highly functional and very comfortable to stay in. I also appreciated being able to log into my own account on the TV to watch subscription streaming services. The view from the window was of a parking lot, but personally it didn’t bother me. The in-house Facilities are excellent as well—having “Kurobe no Megumi” water dispensers on every floor was especially convenient. You can fill the provided decanter and enjoy coffee with the Nespresso machine, or chill the water as-is for a refreshing drink when you wake up. There’s a smart shop in the lobby, and it was nice (and very fitting for a JAL-affiliated property) that they sold “Udon desu kai.” At night, the restaurant on the first floor can be used as a bar, and the staff were very friendly. Even staying solo, I felt completely at ease and enjoyed a relaxing time. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with everything. I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Toyama!

It was a wonderful Accommodation. We were completely satisfied with both the Room and the meals, and the panoramic view over Lake Suwa was truly beautiful and soothing. The Onsen had excellent water quality, allowing us to relax at ease. We also appreciated the complimentary beer after bathing. We even received sightseeing boat tickets, so we were able to fully enjoy exploring Lake Suwa. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to stay at again.

The staff provided excellent service, from our arrival to meal service. The large public bath and the Room were very clean, and the food was delicious, making our stay very comfortable. It became a wonderful memory of our family trip. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for a comfortable stay the other day. The Room was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again. There is just one point I noticed. The TV in the guest Room seems to have a maximum volume limit set at 25, which was perfectly fine for regular TV broadcasts. However, when playing streaming services such as Netflix, the audio is relatively quiet to begin with, so even at the maximum of 25 it did not become loud enough, and I found it difficult to hear clearly. I understand that setting a volume limit is likely out of consideration for other Rooms, so I think it is generally fine as it is. That said, if a guest requests to watch streaming content, allowing the volume limit to be raised slightly only during that stay (if possible) might make things more comfortable for many guests. This is just one suggestion, but I would appreciate your consideration. Although there was one small concern regarding the Facility equipment, overall it was still a very satisfying stay. This is a very clean and well-maintained Hotel. It’s in a great location just a few minutes’ walk from the station, and there’s a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious—I was very satisfied. I’d definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

This was my second stay at Kaminarimon. I was very satisfied with the Room, breakfast, and the staff’s service. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The sashimi came with daikon carved into a crane, and there was also sekihan (red rice). Everything looked beautiful and tasted great, leaving both our stomachs and hearts full. All of the staff were wonderful and very considerate, which made our time here truly enjoyable. I stayed here with my husband while I was pregnant. One morning, we woke up unusually early and took a walk together to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The location is excellent, and I think it’s ideal for sightseeing. The lounge was also very comfortable. I recommend staying in a Room with a large bath!

Thank you very much for your kind hospitality. I would love to visit again. Access was easy if you have a car, and this Hotel offered plenty of enjoyment with the baths and hot stone sauna. The Japanese-style room felt a bit small for triple occupancy, but it would be perfectly fine for two, and offers great value for money!

We stayed with our family during the Obon holidays. The meals featured presentations we had never experienced at any other Hotel, and the portions were just right—everything was absolutely delicious. Being able to watch the sunset from the lounge during dinner also became a wonderful memory. The lounge was very comfortable, not only for the view but also for its lovely interior that felt almost like a private space. However, family members who don’t drink alcohol wished there were a wider variety of cake-style sweets to go with coffee. Also, the duvet was too thick, so it would have been nice to have a summer option. We would definitely love to visit again.
