I had been looking forward to my stay at Manpei Hotel, but after arriving I became unwell and developed a fever over 38°C. Even so, the staff were incredibly kind—lending me a thermometer and promptly bringing an ice pack and ice. They also kindly changed all of my meals to room service, allowing me to rest and eat comfortably in my room. Although my long-awaited stay turned out differently than expected, I truly appreciated the thoughtful care and warm hospitality, especially while I wasn’t feeling well. Unfortunately, I ended up spending most of the time in the room this visit, but my husband was very pleased and said the in-room hot spring bath was wonderful. While I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the hotel in perfect health, the kindness of the staff is what stayed with me most. Next time, I would love to return when I’m feeling well and take my time enjoying this historic hotel and its dining. Thank you very much for everything.

The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the view of Kobe’s downtown from the bath made it feel like a semi-open-air bath—it was truly wonderful! There was no noise at all, so it was very quiet and I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was on the top floor with an amazing view, and I felt great lounging on the stylish sofas! The Chinese rice porridge was delicious, and I was happy there were lots of side dishes to go with it. Having roast beef in the morning also felt luxurious—absolutely fantastic. With direct access from the station and an affordable supermarket right below the Hotel, everything was convenient and comfortable.

As this was my first stay, I checked the reviews in advance. Just as others had written, I truly felt the warm hospitality of all the staff, and I had a very comfortable stay. I booked the anniversary plan to celebrate my partner’s retirement, and I sincerely appreciate your thoughtful attention to detail. Thank you very much. The room was bright with a white color scheme, and the moment I walked in, I couldn’t help saying “Wonderful.” The Mirable showerhead left my skin and hair moisturized—it was amazing. The ReFa hair dryer was also great. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you again, and I look forward to seeing you next time.

Our first Disney trip in a while as a parent and child. Even though we ended up staying until the park closed and checked in close to 10:00 p.m., the staff welcomed us with wonderful smiles. The room was very comfortable, the view was fantastic, and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options—I ate far more than I intended. We would love to stay again next time. We stayed here for a trip to celebrate a 60th birthday. Not only were the Onsen, Facility, and meals excellent, but above all, the hospitality and service from the staff who assisted us were outstanding. It was disappointing that we couldn’t see Mt. Tateyama due to the typhoon’s effects, but we’ve decided that next time we’ll book a Multiple Night Stay and go to see Mt. Tateyama with its remaining snow.

We chose this hotel for its location, as the main purpose of our trip was sightseeing in the Bikan Historical Quarter. We stayed without meals, but thanks to the great location we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at nearby restaurants, and were able to take walks early in the morning and at night when it was less crowded—making wonderful memories. The exterior and the room were both clean, warm, and charming. The window was covered with ivy, and we were impressed by a view you don’t often get to see. If we have a chance to visit Kurashiki again, we would love to stay here again.

We booked the Plan with dinner on a riverside dining platform, and not only was the meal excellent, but we also had a wonderful time chatting with a maiko, which became a great memory.\nThe in-house Facilities were also superb, and we especially enjoyed the Onsen twice.\nWe were truly moved by the warm hospitality of all the staff. I stayed here the night before heading to Miyazaki during Silver Week. The reason for staying overnight in Kumamoto was to have dinner at a certain Italian chain restaurant that has since disappeared from Fukuoka Prefecture. What made me choose this hotel was its great location—just a few minutes’ walk from that restaurant—and the fact that it’s a hotel where even members of the Imperial Family have stayed, with a wonderful view of Kumamoto Castle. It turned out to be absolutely the right choice! The room is a bit dated, but it’s spacious and has an upscale feel, and you can see Kumamoto Castle from the window at a perfect angle. Fresh flowers were displayed in the lobby and by the elevators, which made me happy. The restaurant we wanted to visit was just a short walk away, and the Kamitori arcade was also nearby, making it very convenient for sightseeing. And above all, breakfast was delicious!! I felt that each item was high quality. In particular, the curry bread wasn’t greasy at all—it was crispy and honestly the best I’ve ever had! I couldn’t believe how light it felt even in the morning. My husband, who loves coffee, also said the coffee was excellent. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant also looked great, so next time I’d like to come to Kumamoto specifically to stay here. Thank you!

Because we were visiting DisneySea in midsummer with two young grandchildren, we entered the park at a relaxed pace with an After 5 ticket. I had hoped to have lunch at “La La Italiana” inside the Hotel, but it was fully booked even on a weekday, which showed how popular it is. Since I really wanted to try it, I made a Reservation for lunch the next day. We checked in at 3:00 PM and took a short break before heading to DisneySea. There were frequent shuttle buses from the Hotel to the park, which was very convenient. Being able to borrow a stroller also greatly reduced the burden of getting around with our suitcases, and it helped us a lot. The 56 m² Room felt spacious, and the view from the 19th floor was great. The bathroom had an outside view and there was also a separate shower room. Because we reserved a Room with ReFa products, one shower head was ReFa and the other could switch to a tornado-style water flow—both were comfortable to use. After returning from the park, it was also helpful that we could use the Onsen “Hohoemi-no-Yu,” where our family could bathe one after another without hassle. For breakfast, they prepared seating for us on the 22nd floor so we could enjoy the view while having delicious food. The menu ranged from classics to gentle options for early mornings such as seafood rice porridge, as well as dashi chazuke where you can top rice with items like mentaiko or shiokara and pour broth over it—everything was excellent. The other dishes were mildly seasoned too, and I was happy they also offered a limited-time acai smoothie. I visited La La Italiana—which I had wanted to try after reading Reviews—after breakfast hours when it still wasn’t very quiet inside, but every dish was delicious. The prosciutto in particular had a mild saltiness that suited my taste perfectly. It was also great to drizzle honey over their cream (made by combining fresh cream and butter) and spread it on moist focaccia. The homemade salad dressing was tasty as well, making this an overall highly satisfying meal. Overall, this is a great-value Hotel where everything—from Facilities and dining to service—felt comfortable, and our family truly enjoyed our stay.

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to visit Mihama Beach and it was conveniently located, but I was amazed by the incredible hospitality. The proprietress was like sunshine, and all the other staff were so pleasant—truly a wonderful Accommodation. The young woman who served dinner even picked up on our small conversation and celebrated my husband’s birthday, which we hadn’t mentioned. The Room cushions were unbelievably thick and fluffy—so much so that I almost hesitated to sit on them. Since I was traveling with my elderly father, they were very considerate of him, and he was in great spirits as well. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a warm Accommodation. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay here. I was worried about the rain, but it stayed cloudy, so we managed. The scenic-view bath was incredibly relaxing—simply the best. The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed plenty of tasty fish. We chose the light-meal course, but it was still more than enough. We also enjoyed a variety of drinks, and I’d definitely like to stay again. The samue was extremely comfortable too!

This was my first time in Shizuoka, and I chose Prive as my Accommodation near the station—I was very satisfied. It’s truly close to Shizuoka Station, and even after checkout they kindly stored my luggage, so I could pick it up without rushing to catch the Shinkansen home. Above all, the spa was wonderful; as a woman, I really appreciated that Re products, cleansing items, and other amenities were fully provided. After returning from the bath to the Room, I couldn’t stop praising it to my husband. Of course, I went to the spa again in the morning too. Thank you for a lovely stay. I’ll definitely use your Accommodation again when I visit Shizuoka—and I’ll recommend it as well.

It was our first time staying near Toyama Station, and we stayed as a family. There were three women, but the Room was spacious enough, and it was great to have a facial steamer and massage equipment in the Room, as well as amenities like a choice of shampoo we liked. The location was excellent too. We booked a Plan that included parking, and even though we went in and out several times, they provided us with tickets accordingly, which was very helpful. When we visit Toyama again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Breakfast was the best among the Business Hotels I have stayed at. I ordered the Japanese set meal, and everything was delicious, especially the main salmon dish. All of the dining staff were cheerful and provided excellent service.

I wasn’t a Takarazuka fan at first, but after staying in the Revue Room and discovering how fascinating it is, I think I’m becoming a fan of the Takarazuka Revue. The hotel had Takarazuka videos and related displays throughout, almost like a museum. Although it has a long history, it was relocated just a few years ago, so everything felt new and spotless. The Grand Theater is next door, and I ended up doing quite a bit of shopping at the store.

The property was very clean, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent buffet meals. Above all, I was thrilled with the all-you-can-drink beverages, including alcohol. I would definitely like to visit again.

Whenever I stay in Kochi, I always choose this hotel. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s close to Hirome Market and other attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, and above all, the front desk staff—especially the women—are wonderful (the men are great too). They are always smiling and courteous, which instantly eases any travel anxiety. The breakfast is also delicious. For me, this is the only choice in Kochi. Highly recommended.

After something great happened at work, I wanted to celebrate by relaxing on my own at an Accommodation with a view of Mt. Fuji, so I decided to stay solo. The staff assigned to my Room took wonderful care of me throughout my stay, the food was delicious, and I was able to spend a truly relaxing time. Mt. Fuji can be unpredictable and I could only see it in the early morning, but it was so beautiful that waking up at 5 a.m. didn’t feel like a burden at all. When I consulted in advance about wanting to celebrate and have cake, they arranged one from a nearby cake shop, and I was able to enjoy it in my Room together with champagne as a welcome drink. The head chef was also very thoughtful, which made me very happy. Adjusting the temperature of the Onsen in the Room was a bit tricky, but other than that there were no issues and I was completely satisfied. You can clearly see Mt. Fuji even from the Room—this Accommodation’s location is truly incredible.

I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. I also stayed on June 26 with a breakfast-included Plan, but it ended up being No Meals Included; this time it was ¥4,000 cheaper than then. The Room had a separate bath and toilet. I checked in at 3:00 PM and was able to relax until 10:30 AM. Since I knew the area from my previous stay, I had breakfast at Akita Citizens’ Market and then headed to my next destination.

Three subway stations—Akasaka Station, Tameike-Sanno Station, and Akasaka-Mitsuke Station—are within a 5–10 minute walk. From Tokyo Station, it cost about JPY 2,000–2,400 by taxi. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can easily walk back after dining out. If you go a bit farther and use the subway, Ginza, Shimbashi, and Tsukiji are also easy to reach. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which was very convenient. The room layout was well designed: the table and shelving were integrated and functional. There was also a compact sofa and stool, which made it convenient to eat in the room. The interior design and color scheme were calm and very nice. The bathroom/toilet/sink are in one unit bath; larger men may find it a bit small. However, the public bath is available from 6:00–9:00 and 15:00–25:00 (1:00), so using that should solve the issue. Also, while it felt difficult for women to do makeup at the sink area, there was a large tabletop mirror on the shelf above the table; placing it on the table made doing makeup easy. Breakfast offered both Japanese- and Western-style options and was very delicious. Beef tendon curry pudding bite-sized ohagi (sweet rice cakes) and various side dishes will leave you completely full!! There was also a wide variety of drinks—even green smoothies. In the women’s public bath area there were an indoor bath and a semi-open-air bath with around 10 washing stations. There were plenty of changing-room spaces and powder-room areas as well. Overall everything—the room public baths facilities throughout—was kept very clean making it feel safe comfortable And all staff greeted guests warmly which made me want to stay again. In particular I appreciated being greeted by staff cleaning in front of hotel Highly recommended!!
