I stayed here while visiting Kochi to see a friend. I went out right after checking in and didn’t return until after 11:00 p.m., so my stay ended up being very short. The queen Room with a kitchen isn’t large, but it was very stylish and practical. I wished I could have stayed longer. Although I didn’t have time to use it, I couldn’t find any kitchen utensils. When I asked at check-out, I was told they were in the cabinet. Thinking “It must be here,” I tried many times to open that cabinet drawer, but couldn’t (lol). If I had wanted to use the kitchen, it would have been really disappointing, so some guidance would have been helpful. The front desk staff were very pleasant both at check-in and check-out. If I visit Kochi again, I definitely want to stay at this Hotel. Next time, I want to try opening that cabinet (lol).

The entire Accommodation is covered with tatami mats, making it exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. Some staff members speak English and Chinese, and they always greeted us with a smile while kindly explaining the Facility. The staff in charge of our meals were also very attentive and even helped us crack the crab. What impressed us most was that they remembered our faces and Room number right after check-in. At check-out, they promptly prepared our shoes and luggage. The meals were luxurious and delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed high-quality seafood (crab) as well as beef. This time we chose two options—sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. Shabu-shabu is a bit more expensive, but it is well worth the price. The Onsen facilities were excellent: in addition to the indoor bath, the open-air area had a hot bath, a cold bath, and even a sauna—perfect. We were also happy that the hair dryer was ReFa! The post-bath lounge (relaxation area) offered various drinks, light snacks, and massage chairs. Personally, I think this is an outstanding Accommodation that rivals Hoshino Resorts KAI. While the building itself feels slightly dated, I found the quality of the cuisine to be far superior to Hoshino Resorts. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Although it is right in front of the station, it was quiet at night with little noise. There was hardly any nighttime mechanical noise from the refrigerator, etc., which was very nice. I was a bit confused about how to operate the air conditioner remote control buttons.

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s close to the station and has a large public bath, which helped me relax after work. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed for three nights, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Above all, Ikebukuro is a convenient area with easy access to anywhere, and the Hotel is not too far from the station. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

No matter when you stay, the thorough cleaning makes it a comfortable place to spend time. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you won’t have any trouble, and BBQ tools are also provided. When we met the staff at the gate at checkout, they kindly saw us off, and we felt great until the very end—we’d love to stay again!

We had a very comfortable stay! The room was spacious, so we were able to relax and unwind. There was also a large public bath, which helped us soothe our tiredness. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The welcome drink (berry tea) was delightful. The Room was clean and functional. I especially appreciated the feature on the in-room TV that showed the congestion status of the bath and restaurant. The bath was also clean, spacious, and had a variety of shampoos available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious bread. This was my first time staying at Route Inn, and it exceeded my expectations—I'll definitely consider using it for domestic travel in the future.

We stayed here to celebrate my parents’ golden wedding anniversary. From the front desk staff’s phone support to the restaurant team in particular, everyone was very courteous, and we were glad we chose this property. My parents booked a plan that included a commemorative gift; the lovely chopstick rests made a great keepsake, and their room had wonderful views from the window. The in-room bath was also spacious and excellent. We also appreciated the lounge service and the manga lending.

I referred to the Reviews. I’m often disappointed, but this time it was a great choice. I knew from the Reviews that the Facility is a bit dated, so I was satisfied.

My husband, our daughter, and I stayed as a family of three. Dinner was luxurious and every dish was delicious, and the hospitality from all the staff was wonderful. We could truly feel your warm desire for us to enjoy the meal. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip to Iwate. Thank you very much.

My spouse and I stayed with our two dogs. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The dog meals also seemed tasty—our dogs finished them in no time. We were happy that the staff treated our very energetic dogs kindly. Everyone we interacted with—the front desk, the restaurant staff, and the Room service staff—was pleasant and welcoming. We stayed in a Room with a private garden, but unfortunately it rained, so we’d like to come again on a sunny day. Thank you very much.

This is a repeat stay. Every year, avoiding the Obon season, I travel to Moka City to visit family graves, then stop by here on the way back to Kanagawa. This Hotel is calming and relaxing, with soothing views of Bannaji Temple. It’s quiet, and although breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety of side dishes, it’s delicious and satisfying. I will stay again next year. Thank you in advance.

We were so satisfied the first time we stayed at Hatsune-so that our family kept saying, “Let’s go again,” and we finally made it back! Because it’s designed especially for families with children, there are lots of activities—little kids can enjoy themselves, and adults have fun too. You can borrow children’s sandals, and they provide diapers and baby food as well—there are thoughtful touches throughout the Ryokan that really make a difference. The warmth of the staff also adds to how comfortable it feels. The storytime at “Ehon no Mori” was wonderful. As soon as we got home, we were already talking about when we should go next. Haha

I returned to Hofu City for the first time in 20 years. The town had not changed much. The Hotel staff were very kind and left a great impression.

The free-flowing Onsen water pours vigorously from the wall into the indoor bath, and in the open-air bath it cascades like a waterfall from the rocks—something Onsen lovers will truly appreciate. This was my father’s favorite place, and he was very happy. The meals were delicious and just the right amount. On the way to the large public bath, it was fun to see carp gathering where the spring water flows and bathing under it like a waterfall shower. The Room felt refreshingly cool with lush green trees outside. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The hospitality felt more like a luxury Ryokan than a temple lodging. Our Room was upgraded to a special suite, and we were able to relax in the spacious “Hojo” Room overlooking an expansive garden. The shojin-ryori cuisine was beautifully presented and delicious throughout. After dinner, we took a short walk (about 3 minutes) to Danjo Garan. With bonfires lit and the area illuminated, we caught a glimpse of Kobo Daishi’s mandala world through sights such as Konpon Daito, Saito Pagoda, and Kondo Hall. The next morning, we joined the morning service from 6:00 a.m., which felt truly solemn and moving. The Dharma talk by Archbishop Miyata explained Buddhism from a global perspective with humor, making it easy to understand. I strongly feel that Koyasan is best experienced with an overnight stay. Although the building is a renovated traditional house, it has been beautifully refurbished. The Facilities and furniture are new, and the blend of old and new creates a very comfortable stay. Our Room in the front building was relatively compact, but more than sufficient. The staff were wonderful—professional, attentive, and kind. Thank you very much. We chose a breakfast-included Plan, and all nine small dishes were carefully prepared; each one was enjoyable and delicious. We also got to try their famous oden. Dinner at Simples, which we booked separately by Reservation, was truly outstanding. It’s a restaurant that moved us for the first time in a while. Every dish was exciting and delicious, and the service from our staff member was excellent—we would love to return. Finally, after checkout we joined a craft experience using an electric pottery wheel. It was great fun to work with real clay in an authentic way. We’re looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

The thoughtful consideration to ensure guests can relax and unwind was evident throughout. I enjoyed spending time in the spacious bath, choosing the firmness of pillows and beds, which made my stay very comfortable. Although I couldn't sleep much due to personal reasons, being able to use the large public bath even late at night helped me relax, which was wonderful. Recently, I've stayed at many business hotels without meals, so the breakfast buffet was a delightful service. Additionally, the courteous hospitality allowed me to have a pleasant stay. Thank you very much for your excellent care and service!

I booked this as a stopover for the middle of our Multiple Night Stay trip without knowing much about the area, and it was wonderful! The Room was spacious, and the futons were already laid out in the Japanese-style room. The bedding was very comfortable—perhaps with a mattress included—and I slept well without any body aches. The Onsen Facility was also very clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, and my wife and children were very happy. Thank you very much!
