This stay was even more comfortable than usual. We arrived early, but right after check-in we were informed that our Room was ready, and the staff handled everything flexibly. The Room was as clean as ever, and the bath was still wonderful, but this time the meals were improved in both quality and taste. The restaurant was not crowded, and we received attentive service—likely thanks to how well the dining Reservation times were arranged. I felt a real depth in how the staff maintained an appropriate distance while still being considerate. The care shown by an experienced female staff member and a key male staff member reached every detail. The younger staff were also very pleasant, and their strong teamwork made our stay extremely comfortable. Personally, I keep coming back to Kinugawa because the Rooms are close to the baths, and this time was better than ever. I have already made a Reservation for late summer as well. My rating reflects the price point.

Two nights with my family during summer vacation, in a Mt. Fuji view Room. A relaxing trip with our dog. Mt. Fuji looked beautiful in the morning. Choosing a Mt. Fuji view Room was definitely the right decision. Lake Yamanaka was cool, making it a perfect summer getaway. The outdoor dog run was clean and we had a great time playing. The rooftop dog run was especially beautiful, with the contrast between the blue flooring and Mt. Fuji. Breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. However, after two nights we started craving rice. It would be nice to have steamed white rice at breakfast, not only bread. One thing that bothered us was the smell when we first entered the Room. Turning the air purifier up to MAX helped a lot, but... That was the only downside; overall we were satisfied. This Hotel has become one of the places we’d like to return to. Thank you very much.

Even though we only stay two or three times a year, we’re always welcomed so warmly, which makes us very happy. This time, we chose a Plan that included Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, and we were able to enjoy an elegant and refreshing time. We are always truly grateful to the lounge staff, and it’s genuinely fun to chat with everyone. Although Mr./Ms. A is no longer assigned to the lounge, they kindly came by to see us anyway, and I was delighted to catch up. This visit also brought a wonderful encounter with new staff members (Mr. Y and Mr. S). Both were attentive in every detail, and their friendly conversation made our time in the lounge relaxing and enjoyable. Of course, it was also great to see Mr./Ms. M and Mr./Ms. T as always. We truly love spending time at The Royal Park Hotel. When you say “Welcome back,” it makes us want to reply “We’re home!”—a Hotel that makes us want to return again and again. The restaurants are all excellent—teppanyaki, tempura, and Chinese—and the chefs’ and staff’s service is wonderful as well. The location is fantastic, so we enjoy strolling around the neighborhood or visiting local spots of interest; but no matter how many times we come, The Royal Park Hotel never feels repetitive. We especially love simply relaxing here—these stays have become precious healing time for my spouse and me. Thank you always for everything.

I previously stayed here on a trip with my spouse. This time, I used it alone for a business trip. As before, I was generally satisfied overall this time as well. If I mention the small details, there were several points as follows. [What I liked] - It’s close enough to the station that it takes less than about a 10-minute walk, and there are several commercial buildings nearby with many restaurants. There are also multiple convenience stores close by, so the location is very convenient. - The Room was well cleaned. It felt clean throughout, including the bathroom. - Breakfast was delicious. They also had some unusual items such as a single-serving chanko hot pot. I even had seconds of rice. [What disappointed me] - When I tried to check in using the machine, someone at the front desk spoke to me. They said I could check in either at the front desk or with the machine, and since they approached me, I chose to check in at the front desk. Previously, checking in by machine was smooth and left a very good impression, so this time I noticed how slow the front-desk service was. The way they spoke was also mumbled and didn’t leave a good impression. Honestly, it would have been better if they had simply asked me to use the machine. - Overall the Room seemed well cleaned, but I was bothered by dampness in the bed and an odor from the pillow. Since my Room had been upgraded to a twin room, I switched pillows with the other bed and managed fine. Also, there were two long hairs tangled around the hand soap next to the sink. - For breakfast, I went fairly early so it wasn’t crowded. Just when I thought it was nice and quiet, a staff member who seemed to be from that same country kept talking for a long time with travelers from overseas; it was noisy and unpleasant. I think I will use this place again when staying overnight in Kinshicho.

I stayed for one night on August 19. Inside the Hotel, there is a footbath area where you can relax while looking out at a tranquil garden, a space for reading, and a cafe. In the bath area, there were signs considerate of women who may feel self-conscious about their chest—perhaps as part of the Pink Ribbon campaign. I would like to share this with friends. The karin juice after the bath was refreshing and delicious. The Suwako Summer Night fireworks were launched right in front of the Hotel, so I was able to watch them while still wearing my yukata. It was also just a short walk to the lakeside. Since they are held every day for about a month during the event period, it wasn’t overly crowded and I could enjoy them comfortably. They were only about 10 minutes long, but the finale was wonderful and genuinely moving. The Room had an elegant atmosphere that felt fitting for such a long-established place, and the small items and amenities were charming as well—overall very comfortable. Lastly, I would like to thank those who prepared my meal with such care so that even someone like me—who eats small portions and is extremely picky—could enjoy it, as well as the serving staff. Thank you very much.

Free lockers were available in the lobby for luggage storage, with various sizes, which was very convenient. I requested a Room with a good view, and they kindly accommodated my request—thank you. The Room was compact, easy to use, and comfortable. It’s close to the station, and I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

I stayed in the Women-Only Ladies’ Room (No Meals Included). I visit Sendai a few times a year with an overnight stay, but this was my first time using this Hotel. What made me choose it among many Hotels was the women-only floor with security access and the separate bathroom. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. The loungewear was a two-piece set, and the amenities were high-quality—something you’d expect from a ladies’ room—which really lifted my mood. There is also a water dispenser on each floor, so it’s helpful that there’s no need to buy bottled water. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. I initially thought it might be a bit far from the station, but it turned out to be no problem at all. Next time, I’d like to try the breakfast.

The Room was clean and felt more spacious than it looked in the photos. Both the property and the Room were stylish, and having a foldable makeup mirror in the Room was very helpful. Everything was well maintained and spotless. All of the housekeeping staff we passed in the hallway greeted us, which created a very pleasant atmosphere. I wish we had used the café as well, so I’d like to do so on our next stay.

From check-in, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and I knew it would be a wonderful stay. The Room was cozy and more than comfortable for a solo trip. The amenities were well stocked—even including toner and bath salts. The bathrobe was also very helpful. In the lounge, I could enjoy complimentary wine and even canned beer, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious as well. Choosing the breakfast-included plan was definitely the right decision. As an IKYU Diamond member, I was thrilled with the late check-out, complimentary minibar drinks, and a mini L’OCCITANE hand cream. With all of these perks included at such great value, it truly made for an amazing Hotel stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything this time.

My family and I have stayed at Yamagatakan many times, and we never get tired of it. The meals are plentiful, the futons in the guest Room are fluffy and comfortable, the warm green tea in the Room is delicious, and the Onsen is nicely hot and very relaxing. We also bought a cute Mameshiba plush as a souvenir—it’s adorable. My dad, my mom, and I all love Yamagatakan, and we’d like to visit again.

I loved the bath, but the breakfast was especially high quality! I even had five freshly fried shrimp tempura in the morning! I’ll definitely stay again.

We were completely satisfied with everything—location, Room, meals, and service. The location is outstanding, with a full view of the ocean. The newly renovated Room was spacious and extremely clean, and we enjoyed a luxurious half-day of relaxation indoors. At night, we could even watch fireworks in the direction of Atami from the balcony. The Hotel meals were also delicious. The plate for young children was prepared with gentle flavors, which felt very reassuring. Also, since I am pregnant, I asked to avoid raw foods; instead of simply cooking them through, they were served with perfectly judged heat that brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. We were truly impressed by such thoughtful attention to detail. There is a beach about a 7-minute walk away, and we had a great time swimming in the sea with our child (we didn’t use it this time, but there is also a pool on the property). It was an Accommodation I can confidently recommend.

I stayed for three nights on a breakfast-included Plan, and I enjoyed it without getting bored because the selection of Okinawan dishes on the buffet changed each day. It was also great that I could try unfamiliar ingredients in small portions, so when I found something I liked, I could order it at other restaurants as well. They even had Blue Seal ice cream, and drinks like hibiscus and shikuwasa flavors, which made breakfast even more enjoyable. For eco-friendly reasons, room cleaning is not done every day, but they replaced towels and pajamas and emptied the trash daily, which was more than enough. Although the hotel faces Kokusai-dori Street, it wasn’t too noisy. The location was very convenient, so I’m happy I chose to stay here.

We stayed with our family during the Obon holidays. The meals featured presentations we had never experienced at any other Hotel, and the portions were just right—everything was absolutely delicious. Being able to watch the sunset from the lounge during dinner also became a wonderful memory. The lounge was very comfortable, not only for the view but also for its lovely interior that felt almost like a private space. However, family members who don’t drink alcohol wished there were a wider variety of cake-style sweets to go with coffee. Also, the duvet was too thick, so it would have been nice to have a summer option. We would definitely love to visit again.

So spacious for a Hotel right in front of the station! It was so affordable that I wondered if it was too good to be true, but the Review ratings were high so I made a Reservation—and it really was great. Bath salts and amenities were well stocked. I didn’t use the restaurant, but it was very lively, so I figured the food must be good. There’s also a convenience store nearby. The parking lot was full so I couldn’t use it, but there’s a paid parking lot right across the street, so it wasn’t a problem. I think it’s a very good Hotel!

A typhoon was approaching, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji clearly, but thanks to the Hotel’s attentive service, we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, being able to walk around the Hotel in loungewear and slippers like at an Onsen Facility was so convenient and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the late-night soba we’d been looking forward to—there were two varieties, and we were very satisfied. It made us want to stay at other La Vista properties again and build on that satisfaction even more.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Overall, it was comfortable. The bath on the 7th floor had a fairly lukewarm tub, which was great because soaking in it after the hotter tub let us enjoy a longer time without overheating. On the other hand, the bath on the 1st floor has only four washing stations. While there are multiple tubs, most are so small that they barely fit one or two people, so I wouldn’t really recommend it unless you visit on a quiet day or specifically want to try several small baths. Meals (both breakfast and dinner) changed between the first and second night, so even with a Multiple Night Stay we didn’t get bored. You can enjoy many different dishes in small portions, and there’s also a special, creative feel to them. Everything was tasty, but not so impressive that it’s worth setting your expectations too high. The fish dishes were average; the meat dishes were very good. It was also nice that you can order Fukushima sake and other drinks for an additional fee. All staff were warm and welcoming. The Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We could see nature through large windows, and the amenities/Facility were well equipped: a large desk with a sturdy chair, a powerful hair dryer, a full-length mirror (stand mirror), tea and coffee, etc. However, it was disappointing that the desk drawer hit the chair armrests making it hard to pull up close to the desk, and that the light on the stand mirror had dead batteries. Since we stayed during Obon season there were many families with children, so it may not suit those looking for a quiet adults-only atmosphere. Also, since it said “no cleaning unless requested” for Multiple Night Stay guests we didn’t ask for anything—but staff still entered our Room to replace amenities without warning us first. This part of their guidance is unclear. There are hardly any shops nearby such as convenience stores, so it’s not ideal if you plan to sightsee only in the immediate area. It seems better suited either for going out toward the station area or for relaxing at this Accommodation. We didn’t use it ourselves, but they also appear to offer a free Shuttle Service bus to another affiliated Onsen.

I stayed here for my mother’s birthday trip. This was actually my second trip to Okinawa Island, and the very first Hotel I stayed at on my very first Okinawa trip was also Hotel Palm Royal Resort (about 20 years ago). They kindly upgraded our Room for free, and when I arrived soaked from heavy rain that day, a woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and offered me a towel. The hospitality was truly wonderful! Breakfast was also delicious! The staff were very friendly and even chose a recommended seat for us. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this one has the best hospitality by far. It felt like coming home. I’d love to stay again. Thank you so much!!

The Onsen was outstanding, the hospitality was exceptional, and we found a truly wonderful Accommodation. The coffee we were served was authentic and incredibly delicious. It seems the space is designed so you can relax without worrying about time. However, not being able to find a clock anywhere was a bit inconvenient. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I had long admired the Kamikochi Imperial Hotel. I had visited Kamikochi several times for hiking, and each time I hoped to stay there someday. This time, the timing worked out and I was finally able to visit. For our family it felt like a special treat, but we were truly impressed—not only by the wonderful location and beautiful building, but also by how delicious the food was. Above all, we were moved by the outstanding hospitality: every staff member spoke to us warmly yet politely, even the housekeeping team greeted us with a smile, and they treated our preschool-aged child with such kindness and care. I’m not sure when we’ll be able to return, but we definitely want to come back again. Thank you very much!
