This was my first time staying at this Hotel in Sapporo. First of all, the staff were very kind and helpful. The Room was clean and wonderful, with a panoramic view of Odori Park below. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again next time.

Thank you for your hospitality. The lounge was excellent. The ochazuke and breakfast were both very delicious. The Room was spacious, and I had a comfortable stay.

I stayed here at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. The places I stayed before were wonderful as well, but this Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel was outstanding. Every dish at the buffet was delicious. I wanted to try more, but I got full and couldn’t eat everything, which I still regret a little. The kamameshi rice was especially good, and the meat was excellent too—in fact, everything I tried tasted great. When I went to the Onsen early in the morning (just after 5 a.m.), I saw staff baking bread. I had some at breakfast, and it was also very tasty. The moor Onsen had a gentle natural scent and a wonderfully silky feel on the skin; one night wasn’t enough. This time I couldn’t take my time sightseeing around Tokachi, so I would love to come back again next year. More than anything, what left me with such a great impression of the Hotel was an employee at the souvenir shop “Tamatebako.” The trainee wearing a training name badge had an amazing smile and provided excellent service. When I told them how pleasant they were, they responded with another lovely smile. Of course it comes down to personal qualities as well, but it also made me feel that the Hotel’s management philosophy must be excellent for staff like this to grow here. All of the other staff were wonderful too, and it reminded me that not only the Onsen and food but also people’s hospitality is what truly shapes a trip. Thank you for helping me make such great memories—I would like to stay again next year as well.

This was my first stay on an all-inclusive plan. With unlimited craft beer from 15:00, sauna access from 17:00, and a course dinner from 19:00, I had a truly fulfilling time. *The sauna requires a separate reservation! Services such as the lounge and soba noodles are available until 22:00, so I highly recommend this as an all-inclusive hotel. I would love to stay again.

This was my first stay for a live concert at Pia Arena. Since it’s right across the street, I could return immediately after the show, which was great. The bathroom had a separate washing area, breakfast was delicious, and even though it was raining I could still enjoy the view (it would have been perfect on a clear day). The staff were also excellent, so this has become a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I’ll definitely come back even when there isn’t a concert. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was also incredibly lavish! I was busy with personal plans in the evening and couldn’t make it to the bar, which I really regret—so next time I’d like to stay again and take my time! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Following Kyoto, I also visited Nara. It was a soothing treat for myself, truly “Fufu” time. Both dinner and breakfast were served with thoughtful hospitality, and I enjoyed Nara’s seasonal ingredients—deliciously and with pleasure. At this time of year when the new rice is ready, I was moved to be able to enjoy the Hamo Hounen Soup celebrating an abundant harvest—thank you! The second-floor room was surrounded by a calm atmosphere; it was spacious, spotless, and offered a luxurious time to relax. Outside the semi-open-air bath there were persimmons on the tree, and crows came by which made me a little uneasy, so I asked about room types and booked a different room for next time. I’m looking forward to it.

The lobby was very comfortable and welcoming, making for an elegant stay. It was great that drinks on the first floor were available for takeout. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also large and spotless. I liked that the hotel is in a very historic area, but I didn’t personally enjoy how busy and cluttered the surroundings felt. I’d like to stay again when rates are lower. The staff were also very friendly and attentive.

A truly restorative stay, thanks to the staff’s warm smiles and hospitality. Taking paid leave to get away from my busy workdays, I stayed at this Accommodation and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff members from overseas spoke fluent Japanese and carefully explained each dish one by one, and with every piece of tableware beautifully designed, the delicious food tasted even better. I enjoyed it with both my eyes and my palate. Their gentle way of placing the plates, the timing of serving each course, and the timing of clearing dishes were all excellent, allowing me to fully enjoy the meal. The open-air bath in the Room was also fantastic. I was surprised by how many amenities were provided. The scenery was superb as well. It was raining, but the rainy view—with mist hanging in the distance—was a beautiful sight in its own right. The large public bath felt great with its dark-colored water. The objects displayed throughout the Hotel were fascinating; I found myself staring closely at a dragon made from driftwood. It was fun searching for all the different pieces around the property, and they’ll be great inspiration for ideas in my own work. Above all, I was impressed by how thoughtfully every staff member interacted with guests in every situation. For this price point, this Hotel offers exceptional hospitality—I highly recommend it. Even though I stay at Hotels about three to four times a month, this is one that truly stood out after quite some time. I also liked that altitude above sea level is shown on floors 2, 7, and 8. This is a Hotel I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied with this friendly Hotel. It is a wonderful Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again next time. I was happy with everything—service, the Room, the view, the atmosphere, and access—but above all, the breakfast was delicious across the board and left me completely full from the morning. They also helped arrange a surprise for my partner’s birthday, which truly moved us. We look forward to staying again next time.

Thank you for preparing a spacious Room on the top floor; the view was very soothing. It was less than a 10-minute walk to Susukino, and walking from Susukino to Sapporo Station via the underground passage, we arrived in no time. Above all, the Room was quiet and we were able to relax without stress, so we were very satisfied—and we used the massage chair many times. The parking staff were also kind. Breakfast was decent. The menu was well laid out within that space with good traffic flow. We would love to stay with you again when we visit Sapporo.

I stayed here when visiting Kobe for a concert at GLION Arena. It was very convenient and close to Sannomiya. The Hotel staff were very welcoming and left a great impression. I was able to refill drinking water for free, which helped me avoid heatstroke in the scorching Kobe heat.

I felt a bit uneasy after seeing news that Mt. Tokachidake was at Level 4, but I was able to stay without any issues. The Hotel staff were all smiling and very helpful, which made the stay comfortable. In the lobby there was a real cricket, and its chirping echoed constantly, making it truly feel like autumn. The meals were also excellent, including dishes inspired by Hokkaido and the nearby Blue Pond. Plus, the Onsen—thick, silky water with a brownish tint—was amazing! One of my goals for this trip, Shirahige Falls, was only a 2–3 minute walk away, and the view was breathtaking. I was truly moved!

From the moment I entered the main entrance, the staff assisted me smoothly, and I was able to start my stay comfortably. No matter where you are in the spacious Hotel, you can feel their hospitality and enjoy a pleasant stay. It was also convenient to take a taxi right from in front of the entrance. Breakfast in particular offered an excellent variety; everything looked beautiful and tasted wonderful. Being able to enjoy cocktails in the morning was a delightful surprise as well. The spacious restaurant had a calm atmosphere, with outstanding service that let me savor breakfast at a relaxed pace. This is a Hotel full of hospitality that I would definitely love to visit again.

We enjoyed the night view from our twin room on the 31st floor. The bed mattress was soft and comfortable, and we slept well. For breakfast, we were seated by a window with a beautiful view, which made it even more enjoyable. The breakfast was luxurious and delicious. All of the staff were kind, and we felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

I was shown to a Room larger than expected. Since I planned to work remotely in the Hotel, the large desk was a huge help! Also, I really enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, and black tea in the lobby. I also appreciated being able to borrow bath salts and a rubber duck. It was very comfortable, and I’d love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you!

It’s convenient to reach by rental car from Shonai Airport, and the ocean is right in front of you, so the views are wonderful. I’ve stayed several times in a Room with a semi-open-air bath and have been very satisfied. The spacious Room also has a washing machine, which is very convenient. The meals feature many premium ingredients, and overall satisfaction is extremely high.

This was my first stay. True to its classic exterior, the hotel’s interiors and décor are refined, creating an elegant atmosphere. The building itself seems to have some age, but it has been renovated and is impeccably maintained—everything was very clean. The staff were polished and professional. What impressed me most was dinner. I’ve had French cuisine in many places, but the food here was exceptional: a wide variety of fish dishes, excellent-quality meat, and outstanding sauces. I would love to visit again.

I had always thought that if I were to stay in Hakone, it would be at Suishoen, and my wish finally came true—I was able to visit at last! It was exactly the Accommodation I had imagined, and I could truly feel the high quality in every aspect, making for a very fulfilling stay. I was especially looking forward to the meals—not only were they delicious, but they were also a feast for the eyes. Both dinner and breakfast were wonderful. That said, the corn rice at dinner felt a bit overdone; I think simple corn would have been enough. The Room was more spacious than I expected and very relaxing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the bath with a footbath feature. Above all, the staff’s thoughtful hospitality was outstanding—this was an Accommodation where I felt truly comfortable.

The staff’s courteous greetings, thoughtful attention to detail, and genuinely caring words were truly wonderful. In today’s Ryokan industry, where efficiency and flashy services are increasingly common, this Accommodation perfectly delivered—at a remarkably high level—exactly what I look for in a Ryokan. The Onsen and the Room were flawless, and the cuisine was delicious with delightful surprises. I also enjoyed being able to drink the Onsen water, and it was fun to admire the flowers arranged throughout the property. This has become an Accommodation I would definitely love to visit again. Thank you for such a wonderful time.
