As it’s a new Hotel, it was very clean, the Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay there! I was also very satisfied with the separate roomwear. However, the convenience store is a bit far, and depending on which ticket gate you exit at Yokohama Station, the route can be hard to find.

This was our second stay. Last time, I came with my daughter, and the French dinner was so outstanding that I knew we had to return someday. That wish came true, and this time I was able to bring my two sons. Since it was my younger son’s birthday, I ordered a cake through the Hotel website and they kindly prepared it for us. The food is, of course, top-class—both dinner and breakfast are highly recommended. The Onsen was also wonderful, with silky-smooth water. We would love to visit for a third time. Thank you very much to all the staff.

We were very satisfied with the wide variety of sweets in the lounge, and the meals were also very delicious. All three of us agreed we would like to come again. The bath was relaxing as well. We will definitely return—thank you very much.

I stayed one night in a twin Japanese-style Room in the annex. The Room was new and very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The mattress firmness and pillow suited me well, so I slept soundly without any neck pain. Tea and welcome sweets were prepared in the lounge—the madeleines were especially delicious. The late-night chasoba was also tasty and just the right portion size. Above all, the breakfast buffet was amazing; there were so many options that if you don’t plan ahead, everything won’t fit on your plate. The pumpkin potage and the doria were particularly good. What impressed me most this time was the service. Whenever I seemed even slightly unsure, staff immediately offered help, and I was able to get to my Room smoothly. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay here, and it was extremely satisfying. I stayed at Shangri-La the day before, but this exceeded my expectations (of course, I also like Shangri-La). Every staff member I met provided impeccable service, and it felt truly pleasant. They kindly accommodated a Room upgrade and late check-out as well, making it a genuinely fulfilling stay. The complimentary minibar was great, and personally I especially loved the bathroom. With the upgrade there was also laundry available, so I could do my washing—overall I was truly satisfied. Although I often stay at Shangri-La, Palace, or Ritz, I would like to recommend this place to friends as well. Sitting in the Room’s arflex chair, enjoying minibar drinks and snacks while reading—it was absolutely wonderful!! Thank you very much!!

My parents (77 and 76) and my sister (54) came from Niigata, and our couple (51 and 49) with our child (10)—six of us in total—stayed for 3 nights/4 days, booking two triple Rooms. (Stay: Tue, July 21, 2026 – Fri, July 24, 2026) Since it was our first time in Hokkaido and we wanted to go out to various places for dinner, we chose the plan with breakfast only each day. Because we stayed three nights, you prepared a different special menu every morning, and we were truly touched by your thoughtfulness. Everything was delicious (including robatayaki grilled king crab in the morning), and our whole family was extremely satisfied. Even my parents—who usually don’t eat much breakfast—praised it highly and even had three extra bowls of rice! The property was very clean as well, and for this price the overall quality—including the food—was outstanding. If we have a chance to come to Hokkaido again, we would definitely like to stay here again. (I’d love to recommend it to friends too!) Thank you for giving us such wonderful travel memories.

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

From check-in onward, there were various services offered throughout the day, and it was my first time staying at a Hotel with such extensive services. My cousin, who stayed with me, was also very pleased. I was happy with the wide variety and delicious taste of the breakfast as well. However, it was inconvenient that there was no phone in the Room, so I had to use my own phone to call the front desk for questions or confirmations.

Although it is a Business Hotel in style, the Onsen was excellent, and the breakfast in particular was more luxurious and delicious than expected. For dinner, we used a voucher provided at the front desk and went to a robatayaki restaurant. With restaurants nearby and enjoyable night views, it was a comfortable Hotel to stay in.

The Room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the large public bath was clean—overall, it was great. There isn’t a convenience store inside the building, but there’s one very close by. The highway bus stop and the station were also nearby, which was convenient. I wrote that the Room was spacious, but I’m not sure about the size of other Rooms. When I visit Tokushima again, I’ll choose this Hotel.

My spouse and I stayed here, and it was such a wonderful Hotel that we truly thought, “We want to stay again.” The moment we stepped into the Room, a soft, pleasant aroma filled the air—and beyond that were huge windows spanning the entire space. The beautiful ocean stretched across the full view, and we were so moved that we couldn’t help saying “Wow.” Even in the morning, when we got out of bed and opened the curtains, we were amazed all over again by the sea right in front of us. It felt as if we were one with the ocean, and throughout our stay we found ourselves gazing out the window again and again. The dining was also outstanding. The Japanese course meal was delicious from start to finish, and you could really taste how fresh each ingredient was. The drink pairing to match each dish was great fun as well, and taking time to savor each combination became a special memory for us as a couple. Thanks to our Diamond member benefit with a 12:00 checkout time, after the standard 11:00 checkout time had passed we were able to use the rooftop lounge almost as if it were reserved just for us. Enjoying coffee in that quiet space while looking out at the ocean in front of us was pure bliss—an incredibly luxurious moment that felt like having the sea all to ourselves. The staff’s attentiveness was exceptional. At dinner, one male staff member carefully timed our drinks and shared thoughtful explanations about each dish. At breakfast, a young female staff member was cheerful and easy to talk with; thanks to our enjoyable conversation, even the meal tasted better. I was also touched when a housekeeping staff member noticed I had both hands full with coffee cups and quickly opened the door for me. Just one note: the road leading up to this Hotel is quite narrow, and since it was during Obon season with many people around, I felt slightly uneasy driving in. When I got lost on my first attempt and called the Hotel, a staff member came down to guide me—an act of kindness I truly appreciated. The view, food, hospitality—everything was excellent. It was a genuinely relaxing stay for us as a couple, and we would love to visit again.

The Room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and there was a large public bath (towels are available at the entrance), so it was very nice overall. I went to the breakfast venue at 6:30 a.m., but there was a long line. Since I was in a hurry, I couldn’t eat what I wanted, which was disappointing. You can’t take the elevator to the guest floors without your room key, so security feels reassuring. I used the laundry facilities and could pay by barcode/QR code instead of cash. It’s a drum-type machine and finished in about two hours. Since there aren’t many machines, the next person was waiting in line. If you don’t come within 10 minutes after it finishes, Hotel staff seem to remove your laundry.

This Hotel feels like a private villa that always welcomes you home. There is no open-air bath, but the Onsen is quiet and relaxing. The tasteful design makes it easy to unwind. We’ve been having more meals and drinks in the living room, and it would be even more enjoyable with a bit more variety on the menu. The Shuttle Service from Odawara is very convenient.

It was so lush and green that it hardly felt like Osaka, and it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were kind, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. We will visit again.

We stayed here for sightseeing. We thought it was a Resort Hotel mainly for golf, but it was also a great Hotel to enjoy for sightseeing. The large public bath and open-air bath were at just the right temperature and very relaxing. Dinner featured excellent dishes, plus obanzai, and we were satisfied because we chose the all-you-can-drink option with sake, shochu, and beer. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and fun, and we made wonderful memories.

Tamba-Sasayama shows many different sides with each season, and it feels like a wonderful town no matter how many times you visit. Among them, staying at NIPPONIA in the heart of Kawaramachi Street makes for a truly special experience. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. The locally grown Dekansho rice and the miso soup made with black soybean miso were especially delicious.

The staff were courteous and guided us smoothly upon entering the lobby. The Room was a comfortable size, and it was kept very clean. The location is just off Kumamoto’s shopping arcade, so it’s easy to explore the area even at night. It’s also within walking distance of Kumamoto Castle and tram stops, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including several local Kumamoto specialties. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights), and we appreciated that the menu changed. One point to note is parking. The affiliated parking lot is a bit far from the Hotel and comes with an additional fee. If the parking lot across the street could be used instead, it would be more convenient for guests traveling by car. Overall, this is a Hotel you can choose with confidence for sightseeing or business in Kumamoto.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times since it opened. It’s a favorite of mine, packed with charm. The interior features abundant Hida-sourced wood, creating a calm atmosphere where warmth and luxury are beautifully balanced. Whether in the lobby or the guest Rooms, it’s comfortable everywhere. The Onsen is also outstanding, with blue mosaic tiles in the baths. They are not only visually beautiful but also pleasant to the touch, making it easy to truly unwind. There is an additional fee, but I especially recommend the private bath with a spacious deck—an indulgent experience in a fully private setting. Above all, my greatest pleasure here is dinner. This time, Perla caviar was served as an amuse-bouche—presented in the tin—which genuinely surprised me with its extravagance. From there, the course continued with spear squid, lobster, and Hida beef; every dish showcased superb ingredients along with the chef’s skill and sense of style. Each plate was moving in its own way—it was simply a wonderful time. The breakfast buffet is equally impressive. From local Takayama specialties to salmon marinade and their signature Hida beef curry, everything is so well executed that it hardly feels like typical Hotel breakfast—I was completely satisfied from the morning. Most memorable of all is the hospitality of the staff. Not only do they respond kindly and attentively whenever you need help, they also greet even casual travel conversations with warm smiles that make you feel truly welcome. If you stay here, I encourage you to chat with them—you’ll appreciate this Hotel even more. Room quality, Onsen, dining, and service—few Hotels deliver such a high level across every aspect. And despite that excellence, the Accommodation Fee is surprisingly reasonable; considering what you receive, the value for money is exceptional. For me, it’s one of my absolute favorite Hotels in Japan—one I will happily return to again and again.

This was my first stay here. Above all, the Onsen were outstanding. I was able to enjoy a variety of baths— a clear, colorless iron-rich spring in the Room, a thick mixed sulfur and carbonated spring, and a gentle sulfur spring— and I was completely satisfied. The traditional Japanese meals made with mountain ingredients were also very delicious and easy on the stomach. I’m also grateful for the warm hospitality and smiles from all the staff. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.
