We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced immediately upon your arrival, despite choosing to stay at our Hotel. The inadequate cleaning of the toilet in your room should never have happened, and we take very seriously that we failed to provide the clean space you rightly expected. We also deeply regret that our response during the cleaning on the following day lacked consideration, causing you anxiety and distrust. Cleaning is fundamental to our operations and one of our most important responsibilities. We will share this incident with the housekeeping supervisor and all staff, review our inspection procedures, and reinforce thorough final checks. We also apologize again for any unpleasant odor in the room. We will strengthen ventilation and deodorizing measures, conduct Facility inspections, and work to create an environment where guests can stay comfortably. Although you chose us for our convenient access from the station, it is extremely regrettable that this led you to say you would not return. We take your comments with utmost seriousness.
