    I had a very comfort...

    I had a very comfortable stay! The facility was renovated and the equipment was new. It was close to the station, and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely return.

    In the heart of the city's development

    The Room I stayed in had a large table and a household microwave. It was a wonderful memory to gather around the table with everyone bringing their own prepared foods, drinks, and desserts, talking about tomorrow's plans and today's events while enjoying meals, working, or reading. Although I struggled a bit with adjusting the Room's lighting, the interior was clean, very functional, and relaxing. The surrounding area also had convenient shops and a station, and what left a strong impression was how kind and friendly everyone was, both the Hotel staff and the people at the nearby shops, with their wonderful smiles. I had never gotten off at Osaki Station before, but thanks to staying at this Hotel, I got to know the area. I believe this Hotel can become a hub for promoting and developing the charm of the Osaki Station area. I would love to visit again for my next stay. Thank you very much.

    Convenient Hotel near Osaki Station

    We stayed as a couple after the Kabukiza night performance. It is convenient as you can quickly move from Kabukiza to Osaki Station by the Yamanote Line. The next day, Osaki New City shopping mall was right in front of us, so we took a leisurely stroll and explored. The room is stylish. The breakfast was also buffet-style and very satisfying.

    I think it was busy because it was the end of the year, but

    I made a reservation from the hotel's reservation website. I reserved a semi-double room, but since there was availability, they changed it to a double room without any price change. Thank you very much. However, there were some concerns. ① The check-in process took too long. When I lined up at the reception, there were about 10 or 11 people in front of me. Soon, about 3 more people lined up behind me. I was the fourth in line. There were three staff members at the counter. It seemed irregular for a pair of two foreigners, and one staff member joined to assist, making it two staff members handling them. The other staff member seemed to be struggling with the guidance on the parking fees. In the end, it took about 17 or 18 minutes until it was my turn. After signing and confirming the reservation details, I waited another 3 or 4 minutes to receive the reservation benefit amenities. I thought they should have prepared the amenities for today's check-in guests in advance, and at the same time, shouldn't the reception department leader or a senior staff member take over the time-consuming customer explanations and guidance, so at least one person can handle regular operations? I felt that the reason it took so long for one group of customers was due to a lack of such consideration. ② The room's air conditioning did not warm the room, no matter if I selected HI, MID, or LOW. I wouldn't complain if I chose a hotel because it was cheap, but this time, the weekend rate was about twice as high as when I used it before, so it was very disappointing. New Otani (Nyū Ōtani) isn't on the same level as AP ◯, right? ※ I believe it was extremely busy because it was the end of the year ※

    Close to the station

    Osaki Station is right in front, and there are supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The room was more spacious and comfortable than expected. It was relatively quiet, with only occasional voices of other guests when foreign guests entered the room.

    It was comfortable!!

    Thanks to all the staff, it was a very pleasant stay! I was very soothed by the staff who greeted me while preparing the cleaning on the accommodation floor, and I was impressed by the sufficient number of staff on the lobby floor, as expected of New Otani. The cookies I purchased were also excellent. Of course, the room was well-maintained and very easy to use, and it was very quiet and comfortable, just like the New Otani in Kioicho. I love New Otani, where the building is cherished and the staff work abundantly, including hotels in other locations. I sincerely appreciate your thoughtfulness during this stay.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff's smile exuded a natural kindness, making my stay very pleasant. Despite being a unit bath, the bathtub was spacious and deep, making it easy to soak in. I would love to use it again.

    Overall excellent ex...

    Overall excellent experience staying at this hotel for three nights. Great access to Osaki Station where they have 4-5 different line routes which is very convenient to go everywhere in Tokyo and further beyond. Great hospitality by its restaurant staffs. Hotel could make a little bit of more efforts on improving bath area which gave off a foul odor.

    Remote Work Room

    The Room I stayed in was like a Room for remote work. It had a large screen TV and a work desk, making it very convenient. I would like to use it again.

    It has been renovated and looks nice, but...

    I used the telework room with a consecutive night plan. At first glance, I thought it was a clean room, but I was surprised to find scratch marks on the desk and furniture. I wish they would put a bit more effort into cleaning. It was also the first time I encountered frayed pillowcases and sheets through which the mattress pad was visible.

    Check-in took too long.

    The rooms are quite outdated but clean, and the beds and sheets are of high quality. Above all, it's convenient to enter almost without getting wet from the station. However, perhaps because it was around 2 PM on the day, there was quite a congestion of guests, and it felt like check-in took too long, possibly because some staff were not very proficient in Japanese.

    I would like to stay again.

    Directly connected to Osaki Station, the environment and location were excellent! The room was comfortable and clean, allowing me to relax at ease. I would definitely like to use it again for my next trip.

    Very good!

    We were looking for a triple room for three people and chose this hotel for its price and convenient access. It's really just a minute from the station, which was a huge help as we didn't have to walk far with heavy luggage. The amenities, including lotion and moisturizer, are well-stocked. The room is spacious and, although a bit old, it's clean, which is expected from the New Otani group. The staff are also kind. There are convenience stores like Lawson and a supermarket called Life nearby, making shopping convenient. However, perhaps due to the parking lot of a shopping mall near the hotel, there was a constant mechanical voice announcement saying "a car is leaving" when sleeping in the bed along the wall, which was annoying. A friend sleeping in the bed further inside didn't hear it, so I think it depends on the room's location and personal sensitivity. Personally, it's a wonderful hotel that I would like to stay at again when visiting Tokyo.

    I stayed in a single...

    I stayed in a single room, but it felt surprisingly spacious and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The cleaning was really thorough, and I was impressed by the efforts of the cleaning staff. This time, I chose a plan without breakfast and used the convenience store nearby. Next time, I would like to try the breakfast as well. The service was provided by foreign staff, and although it was according to the manual, I thought they were well-studied.
