As this was my first stay at an unmanned Hotel, the manager was incredibly helpful.
My first stay at an unmanned Hotel was challenging due to the check-in security procedures. However, the manager kindly assisted me every time I called with questions. Thanks to their support, they were also very considerate when an accident occurred due to my mistake, and I found a great Accommodation in Nagano that I visit every autumn. It is close to Zenkoji Temple and conveniently located, making it a good base for sightseeing. Now that I understand the security system, I would like to come again next year and see the manager. Thank you very much.
