Had a great time.
Thank you for the wonderful surprise of delicious sweets and balloons to celebrate my retirement. I was deeply touched. The young staff members were bright, charming, and courteous, and their enthusiasm for building this Hotel's future was truly inspiring—it made me feel proud (like a grandmother, perhaps!). The dishes at the Chinese restaurant and the unique sukiyaki breakfast were both delicious. If I may suggest, having complimentary drinks and light snacks available in the lounge would enhance satisfaction even further. The spa Facility here is just as excellent as Otemachi’s. I look forward to visiting again!
