The hotel was closer...

The hotel was closer to the station than I expected. The hotel is new and clean. As mentioned in many reviews, the staff's service was not great. I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM, completed the check-in process, and waited in the lobby until 3 PM. At 3 PM, I went to the front desk but was told that my room was not ready yet and asked to wait a little longer. Honestly, it didn’t feel good. After some time, I was guided to my room. However, upon entering the room, I found that although I had reserved a room with one double bed, a sofa, and a desk, for some reason the sofa had been replaced with a single bed instead. This is my first experience where what I received differed from what was shown in photos of the hotel. I couldn’t understand why it had been changed without explanation—it made no sense to me. Additionally, when I ordered three free blankets as offered by the facility: I was told only two were available at that moment; one of them even had hair all over it! By this third issue during my stay—I felt extremely frustrated. While facilities were good overall—including breakfast—the poor service ruined everything else about staying here. Unfortunately disappointing enough—so much so—that returning again isn’t something I'd consider doing anytime soon!
