    We had a great time with the whole family!

    The inn, which prides itself on being "Welcome Baby" friendly, was very accommodating to families with children! Meals were served in a dining area for both breakfast and dinner, but since we were grouped with other families with children, we didn't have to worry too much. When our 3-year-old started getting bored with the meal, the staff engaged him in conversation, allowing the adults to enjoy their meal at a leisurely pace. The serving speed was prompt, with the next dish arriving as soon as we finished one, allowing us to complete dinner in less than an hour and a half. If it took longer, the children would start to fuss about wanting to play, and the parents would be too tired to relax, so this was appreciated. In fact, when our son started to get up from his seat towards the end, they kindly offered to bring the course dessert to our room, allowing us to enjoy it at our leisure. This is truly high-class hospitality. We stayed in a semi-suite this time, and the room was very clean. The private open-air bath in the room was spacious enough to stretch out and relax, which was fantastic. Many inns with rooms that have open-air baths tend to feel enclosed to prevent visibility from outside, but here, the greenery provided a natural screen from surrounding buildings, offering a sense of openness and relaxation on the spacious deck. We also visited the large public bath, which was clean and had a large window that was fully open, giving it a semi-open-air feel that was very pleasant. The complimentary ice cream after the bath was a nice touch, and there was Yakult available in the morning. Additionally, the amenities in both the room and the large public bath were from Mikimoto, which I personally found to be a high point. The grilled fish for breakfast was also exquisite. Just one point of concern: when I went to the large public bath at night, a man mistakenly tried to enter the women's bath entrance, but quickly realized his mistake and left. I had already finished changing, so it was okay, but it was a bit unsettling. The entrance to the large public bath was labeled "Ladies" and "Woman," but it was night, and the hallway lighting was dim, making it difficult to see the color of the curtain. A card key system for the women's bath might provide more security. Other than that, the location, service, bath, cleanliness, and food were all satisfying enough that the presence of a few centipedes in the room didn't bother us. We would love to visit again in winter.
